Walked into the lobby to order, stood at the register for over five minutes while the two workers inside completely ignored us. One worker walked into the back when we first walked in, and did not see them again. The other worker was near the drive through window (no cars were in the drive through, and nobody else was inside besides us). They walked past the register we were standing at, not acknowledging us at all. The food prep fridges were all open with boxes all over the prep counters. Flies flying in/around the open fridges. We ending up walking out without being helped

I had mold on my breakfast sandwich, it felt targeted because of how obvious the mold was. My wrap was also packed with the sauce i asked not to have, and to top everything off they didn't give me the right tim bit flavors. Completely disgusting, I would go anywhere else instead they at least won’t serve you mold.
