I came in to get a blueberry muffin. The person who gave it to me was the most beautiful girl i’ve ever seen. Her name was Tessa. Her sweet smile and soft voice made me feel things i’ve never felt before. This was the best expierence i’ve ever had in my life. Thank you for hiring her.

Had a Girls Scout event.Ordered through app 1 solid hour before arriving, they charged my card, arrive to pickup and told me I had to be there for them to start order.Told me it would be a half hour to have order ready.No part of process indicates orders that are paid for already are not prepared before arrival.Had to pick up elsewhere as I did not have 1/2 hour.@timhortons - It is 2024 Please give up and close your store - you don't get it. Be better if we rent your building to someone else.

It seems like these days every time I visit they can never seem to get the order right. This time my $5 hot latte was cold! Toasted bagels are never toasted, these are cold too. I am also constantly snubbed on cream cheese. In addition, I feel like every time I order a large drink, I get a medium. Idk, I expect better when I'm paying $5+ for once a week warm coffee treat. Very Disappointing.

About 2 p.m. today, I pulled up to drive thru window, ordered a hot Carmel macchiato. No body in line at all! I waited 12 minutes for one cup of coffee while about 4 young women stood there talking and laughing. She blamed the "machine", however they weren't concerned about a machine, they were just giggling. Pulled away with my cup and took a drink. It was barely warm, let alone hot. UNACCEPTABLE TIMMIES'!Do better

I went thru the drive thru and ordered a BLT without Mayo and I got a sandwich without bacon, then I tried to call the store because I wanted my money back and no one is answering the phone. I’m from Canada and this would never happen at a Canadian Timmies.

This has got to be the FASTEST Tim Hortons I’ve ever been too. I ordered 3 wraps and 4 coffees through the drive-thru. I pulled up to the window and 3 seconds later I was pulling off. That’s what I call quick service!!!
Service here was terrible, I had three teenagers working together just to serve me 2 drinks of an ice latte, they all got the order wrong 4 times, they couldn’t get the computer to work, they were busy laughing and giggling, on there phones, I don’t recommend this place to anyone, the manager here has made terrible employment Choices in hiring these people

This Tim Horton crew is the best I have ever experienced. The coffee is always 20 minutes fresh, as Tim's advertises. The crew is also happy to greet you early morning, greatest service from a Tim Hortons I have ever experienced. Thankyou all!!!

Went inside thinking it was faster. I was completely wrong. The kid at the cashier had no idea what he was doing. Waited 15 minutes for 2 coffees. Which ended up being completely wrong and disgusting. This location needs better training for it's employees especially the ones that are at the cashier.

The Oxford location has friendly people working but the wait/line can be unbelievable! The lack of a shift supervisor and tons of first-job high school employees, I guess it happens.
