For some reason they wanted us to apply our own cream cheese to the bagel. It isnt a big deal, but its inconvenience considering my bagel is now cold because I had to take time to apply before eating. Also, they never give me whipped cream on top of the drinks thats supposed to have it. Other then that, food is okay and the service can be good depending on who's there.

This is the worst Bigby in the area. Every time I’ve gone in there, (and I’ve given them several chances), they’ve been out of something. This time, they couldn’t serve any hot coffee because they were out of lids.

This was by far the worst coffee I have ever had. It was lukewarm and not even close to being dark roast. If I weren't in such a hurry I would have returned it and asked for my money back.

I’ve been a regular customer here for nearly two years, but I have to address an ongoing issue that makes the drive-thru experience uncomfortable. Instead of using a standard card reader or tablet for tips, the baristas verbally ask customers if they’d like to tip during the transaction, and if so how much they’d like to tip. This puts customers in an awkward position of having to decline out loud or feel pressured to tip on the spot.
When I asked about this practice, I was told it’s because the cord on their card reader is broken and they can’t hand it to customers. However, this “temporary” solution has been going on for a year and a half now. A cord would be cheap and easy to replace. The fact that this hasn’t been fixed after 18 months suggests it’s either not a priority or has become their preferred method.
The coffee itself is decent, but the uncomfortable tipping situation has made me start going elsewhere. A simple fix would make this a much more pleasant experience for everyone involved.

I love this Biggby. Compared to the others I have been too the staff is wonderful and the coffee is great, unlike other Biggby stores I won't mention by name ( Gull rd) that always smells like burnt coffee and tastes bitter. Greatness takes time so if there is a line deal with it or go somewhere else!

This is by far the worst bigby in Kalamazoo. They ask you for tips and they never get your order right. Every. Single. Time. If you’re thinking of going to this bigby save your self and just go to the one on gull road.
