Overall this Biggby is decent. The lattes are good somedays. The somedays they are lukewarm which is very disappointing depending on the barista making the orders. The coffee is not this stores speciality. The coffee after many tries is the pitts it's either watery or lukewarm. It hasn't been made right at this store for months. Now customer service is very good that's what brings me back.
Only two working, soot took awhile to get my drive-thru food.As usual, the vegan sausage bragel was stupendous!

Short on help like everywhere, but young man very polite & his co-worker surely & efficiently got order's together for all. People "be patient" worker's are short & "Bee Happy" the New & Old places are staying open. ? drive thru a choice I know but 20 minutes for a cup of coffee ☕️ in line, in Parchment. WOW crazy.
