Last week my first time ordering the beef burrito. Did so after reviews were found here. It was literally the best burrito I've had in a long time. Complete beef burrito, full heavy and very filling. Flavorful the way you'd like it. Today I ordered the same. This time completely filled with refried bean filling very little beef, still is good but just not the same. You could tell something has changed. I attempted to call and give direct feedback as the owner was the one that served me as I waited while he chit-chatted with the locals for about 7 minutes. No one at first answered then, when they did I got disconnecte.

The rib tip dinner is nasty, they should stick to pizza and subs, those are nothing to brag about either.

Stopped here for a quick dinner at 5ish on a Saturday and the phone was ringing like mad but no one there yet but us. We ordered thin crust pizza, breadsticks and some drinks. Prices were fair and the pizza was GREAT. We are originally from NJ/NY & super picky about thin crust pizza. This was fresh, crust perfectly cooked, and the service was very friendly. We eventually met some locals and they were fun too. The place is old school run down Italian style but we liked it-reminded us of the east coast, lol! Highly recommend!!

Go here to Karaoke with DJ Bubbles occasionally. The food is good, and Josh is the best! Friendly atmosphere! Have never had their pizza, but everyone says it's good, and it looks and smells amazing. Highly recommend!

Took an hour and a half to get our order. Seems they care more about their drunk regular people than anyone else.

First time here and we will be back. The wings were cooked perfectly and delicious even for standard buffalo wings. The pizza crust was amazing, the cheese was stringy and chewy (in a good way), and there were a good amount of toppings (personal preference is sliced sausage and canned mushrooms). The bartender was amazing! Great experience.

Pizza super salty second time I had it. Same exact one from the first time, which was great. Ordered 12” thin crust with beef, onion and mushroom. $2 per item. Taste like a very salty mushroom pizza. The second taste you would experience is the onion. However, you could not taste the beef whatsoever!! The young lady that waited on me for this take out could not have been sweeter! She said her family “kind of owns the place “ . She made my pizza. Her first time making a thin crust pizza. She asked if she did a good job. I looked at it and said..,yes, but is there beef on there? She said…yes, under the cheese. I literally came home and ate 2 slices with zero beef. I looked and gently combed through pizza to find only 3 more small pieces of beef on a 12”.
I then called Genos and asked to speak to whomever may be in charge at that time. I proceeded to tell her that the young girl that waited on me could not have been friendlier and even this may have been her first thin crust, I was not satisfied at all with the LITERAL lack of beef first and foremost but also the extreme saltiness. We all want to taste the individual ingredients that we choose and not have one that dominates or in this case didn’t really exist as far as the beef, don’t we? Anyway, the person in charge made no apologies in any way shape or form and just kept saying that it’s “hidden “ underneath the cheese. Well, I’ll tell you one thing - you can not get thinner pizza than what I ordered and looking through it yielded 3 tiny pieces of beef. What is the biggest issue here is that the person “in charge” did not try to make any amends for the customer. She sounded very young herself so what is she really going to know? I do expect though, that the employees are taught/trained in how to satisfy a very disappointed (second visit) customer. I will not be going back. Nothing specifically against Genos, but any place where clearly there is an issue needs to be addressed properly or do not expect return business. They say (in general) if you like someone’s business, you will typically tell 3 people about it. If you don’t, they say you typically tell 10.

Phoned in my order, twenty five minutes later went to pick it up and they made the wrong pizza. They offered to remake the correct one but NO discount for their screw up! Thirty minutes later I take home the correct pizza only to find it was a limp noodle pizza. This was my first and last time for Genos.
