imagine ordering a hot fudge sundae to get a lump of vanilla ice cream and some whipped cream on top with no hot fudge. $5 of bullschit wasted. won't be back

This is my regular stop for ice cream during the summer. I drive through and then go to the park to eat.

Emmarr had the best service I’ve ever had in my whole life, I definitely recommend the pineapple dole whip that he actually turned me on to, my experience here was absolutely amazing and I’ll definitely be back to see emmarr more often ?

for two days in a row I had went to twisters for ice cream yesterday on September 3, 2024. I ordered a medium Reesie cup flurry with extra Reesie cups when I got it there wasn’t really any extra Reesie cups in it and it was soupy as hell. It was not thick like it normally used to be so I let it go after paying &6.55 for it. I went today, September 4, I was the only one in line. It was the same girl that waited on me yesterday this time. I just ordered a medium reesie cup flurry without extra Reesie cups I get more Reesie cups in it this time which I’m not mad about hardly any ice cream and for paying $5.98 for an ice cream you think that you would have quite a bit in there , I’ve always liked twisters but I think I’m gonna be finding a different ice cream shop if they can’t fix it!! it’s just very disappointing because it never used to be like this. mind you these were medium both days and the quantity that you get it’s like a small

My family and I ordered a root beer float, a soft serve cone, and an apple caramel sundae on Saturday afternoon. It wasn't a busy day with only a family of four in front of us and a car or two waiting in the drive-through; however, for a simple order, it took a total of 45 minutes to get all three items (two of which were exceedingly simple items) and which all came out at different times. Furthermore, when we finally received our sundae, it was half melted and tilting on its side. We didn't receive a single apology for the delay, they simply put the sundae out without even announcing it. It was clear the employees did not care at all. Very disappointing overall, and would not recommend tipping ahead of time like we did when we paid if you choose to go there.

Went through the drive thru ordered a sundae the employee was snobby and I felt rushed took about 10 mins even tho there was only one car ahead of me they barely put any toppings on and he demanded that I give him a tip before I got my sundae I ended up just leaving I would give it a half star if that was a option

Ordered 2 large shakes and we got 2 large flavored cups of milk. I actually thought shakes were a bit thick. Not these. Paid 10 bucks for 2 large cups of milk. Ridiculous!!!! Maybe if the young girls knew what they were doing and how to make things they would have been right.
