Watch three off there employees out behind the Burger King tonight around 7:00 PM. 8/13 /2025 away from the cameras, passing around a Doobie out there, smoking weed. So if your orders get messed up or if there is no one taking your order, this is why they’re out there getting high ! Was a very strong smell of weed through the parking lot from them

We ordered a shake and were asked what size, ordered a large, and its the same cup as it always is. the cup was not even close to full with about an inch from the shake to the lid with nothing, its pathetic. Do not have such a huge lid if youre not going to fill the shake up more.

Just play time for the kids working here. Waited almost 10 mins before anyone said anything into the driveway speaker then buddy couldn’t stop interrupting or laughing when taking my order. Will not return.

Be prepared if you go there you will not receive all of your order and you'll have to go back to get it fixed I sat in a hot car and didn't even have a straw for my vanilla shake while I waited.
I will never stop here again. For a moment, I thought I was at a backwoods Burger King. The lady didn't have on a Burger King shirt. Coughing all over her hands and trying to hand people money. Then went to the back and start making the food. Another lady with no front teeth start coughing all over the fries. I literally threw the food away and kept the pop. Disgusting!

Got a chicken sandwich and got half way through eating it before realizing that the bun was moldy. I tried calling them to warn the employees of the issue and nobody will answer the phone. They need the health department to go in there because I am not the first one to have this happen.

An angry old lady, probably a racist, at this Burger King today, 5/24/2025: 12301 W Michigan Ave, Parma, MI 49269. A seemingly hard-pressed black man behind me asked this old wrinkly lady to use the restroom, but she ignored him completely even as he paced up and down about to wet on his pant. He severally asked the lady who wasn’t serving, but standing by idly. The black man eventual hurried out, and I could only imagine where and how he peed. The woman now asked to serve me, but I immediately worked out also, even though I was hungry. Get that lady out of that shop if she’s that mean to serve customers black or white. She should be retired. Pissed traveler.

The food was not good. My food was made incorrect, and the onion rings were cold. It took a while for someone to answer the speaker, and then when we got to Windows, it was the same issue.
