Got stuck at this gas station in a blizzard in Michigan Best staff allowed Us and other people to stay there not drive not really purchase anything and wait out the weather if you ever get a chance to go buy this gas station I can tell you that the staff there is the most welcoming friendly understanding people you could ever come across in a convenience store in the middle of nowhere the night of the storm myself and my family in a few other people sweet stayed out the Storm Out it was offered every amenity in the building without a care in the world I highly recommend stopping by this place if you're ever around because the customer service there is exactly what it should be everywhere else in America from my family to you guys thank you for the night of the storm

This is a gas station semi truck stop and bk combo. The parking is not ideal with the drive through wrapped around the parking and semis coming in at same time it's a bit much. However the restaurant itself was not as bad as it looked from the outside. It's fairly clean (inside the store) Very busy and congested. We did get our food. Sadly lots of what appear to be code violations most of the staff working had long unrestrained hair and no hair or beard nets and only a couple staffers even had visor hats. I observed 1 cook adding cheese to burgers without gloves. These mistakes happen however it's an area that could use improvement. Over all I give a slightly less the average rating. If they work on cleanliness. I'll update that in my next review. If you do stop here I would suggest the 🐔 sandwich as there chicken is tasty.

This location has really bounced back over the past couple of years! I no longer have extraordinary wait times, my food is piping hot and done "my way", and the customer service is impeccable. Went through the drive thru on the way home. We live in springport so not to far away got home and our food was cold like we just drove an hour. We usually go to the one in eaton rapids but parma was on the way home. I don't know what it is about the parma location but everything we go there we get crappy food. I will say we will be going to eaton rapids of jackson

Bathrooms are discusting. Sink is supposed to be porcelain white but is dirt brown, floor has bits of I dont even want to know all over it, toilets hardly flush.
Worst service ever, bunch of kids just messing around, no one took our order we had to use the machine, no authority around, took over half hour to order and get our food, and after the wait food still was not right! Whoppers were cold cheese not even melted, and both made wrong with no one in there or in the drive through

Absolutely avoid this nasty place. I ordered two chicken jrs, large fry and a large coke. No mayo or tomato on the sandwichs. Pull up to the window and guy says $7. Repeated my order and he said he forgot the coke but he'd give me one. 8 minutes later without anyone else there. I get 2 chicken juniors and no frys. Sandwiches had so much mayo on them I threw them away. Not just the normal amount of even close. Like f you for coming here and thinking we would care. I will never go back to this location again.

Went through drive through. Sign had $5 for two junior whoppers, any kind, and listed each "whopper Jr , w/ cheese, BBQ bacon, etc. Got to the window and there was an extra charge for the cheese and bacon. When I asked the toothless window worker, she replied "hey, I just push the buttons and tell customers what they owe!" So, they get no more of my business, and have been telling everyone to be wary of this scam.

This place is horrible, I work next door and don't get food much from here at all the manager completely ignore me when I'm over there to get anything!! And his employers aren't any different. It's a shame the young kids that work here a very polite to me but the Adults should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! I hate this place with a passion so rude and Nasty!!
