Went through drive through. Sign had $5 for two junior whoppers, any kind, and listed each "whopper Jr , w/ cheese, BBQ bacon, etc. Got to the window and there was an extra charge for the cheese and bacon. When I asked the toothless window worker, she replied "hey, I just push the buttons and tell customers what they owe!" So, they get no more of my business, and have been telling everyone to be wary of this scam.

This place is horrible, I work next door and don't get food much from here at all the manager completely ignore me when I'm over there to get anything!! And his employers aren't any different. It's a shame the young kids that work here a very polite to me but the Adults should be ashamed of themselves!!!!! I hate this place with a passion so rude and Nasty!!

It took over 30 minutes to get my food and then it was all messy fries all over in the bag don’t come here unless you want to be there all day

We went thru the drive thru and there were two orders the worker kept going thru then she handed the bag to someone else and they did the same thing,to me that was gross after the food being placed in the bag they were touching it several times.They got our order wrong and didn't even hand us our drink even though it was sitting right there.It was dumping rain that day so of course it was raining in the vehicle.No apology no have a nice day and the food was cold.I hadn't ate there in several years because the experience was similar but I decided to try it again because my family member with me wanted to but I will never eat there again.Please be aware when the food is cold you never know how long its actually been sitting there so there's a chance you could get sick.

The guy at the front counter was very nice. So even though the restaurant itself was a little sketchy we proceeded to grab some food. Bad idea because after getting it I should have thrown it out and left but instead I ate it and now am concerned I have hepatitis c.the burgers were cold so we're the cheese sticks. The only thing that wasn't scary was the chicken sandwich because they had to cook a fresh one.

One of the better Burger Kings that I've visited, the staff here is absolutely the friendliest, sure it's a bit pricey then back in the day but the service here is quick, has a very quiet atmosphere and there's hardly any people here too which was nice. Great quality food. Definitely would come back again.

Ordered a #5. Sausage was burnt, cheese was effing gross, and the biscuit should not be the same hue of brown as the sausage, but, here we are.

Employee was actively spraying roundup while I was ordering in the drive through. Close enough where I could smell chemicals. They didn't bother stopping as they sprayed around my car close enough to where I'm positive they hit my tires. If I'm patient enough to wait for someone to take my order. Please wait till I move before continuing to spray chemicals in the parking lot.

Terrible place !!!! Closed due to “lack of staff”, they take 40 mins to get your order completed, you can’t go inside and to top it off NEVER use a card of any sort there because they will charge your card whenever they feel like it, “managers” are the most rude and disrespectful people I have ever come in contact with in customer service these people are the lowest of the low. I would recommend just going further down the road into Parma or Albion. Don’t waste you time or your money!!!
