Pizza and service was great! Seemed really slow in there and we were only dine in at that point but was really shocked at the low prices of there pizza. It was delicious and will be back again!

I always enjoyed Amores. One of the big pluses was their large delivery radius. I decided to order from them and received an automated email that my order was confirmed so I went about my evening. When I hadn't received any updates I went to call them and noticed I had several missed calls from them from an hour ago. I called them back and my call was transferred to a manager who rudely informed me that she had called me several times throughout the hour and that my voicemail wasn't set-up. She also informed me that they don't deliver that far out anymore and only go through DoorDash. I checked DoorDash and they don't come up on the app. Perhaps they should update their website to reflect these changes. I decided to come in and pick up my order. For the price it was disappointing. We ordered a Margherita pizza and you can see from the attached photo that is not what we received. I realized that my not answering my phone was an inconvenience, however the way I was spoken to was not appropriate considering the order wasn't started when I called back and I already had a pending charge for it on my bank account. Needless to say this will be the last time I will be giving them my business.

I always pass this little place on OTR runs to a local warehouse, and finally gave it a try. I live in the Syracuse, NY area and grew up on some of the finest Italian food ever, and I have to say that this reminds me of Home! SO glad I tried it, and will make the time to return every chance I can. Bravo, don't change a thing, you nailed it on the authentic!

Absolutely amazing. The food, service and prices were Exceptional. The dough, sauce and dressings were homemade and delicious. Dana's customer service was excellent, she engaged with my daughter and made us feel VERY welcome.This was our 1st time here. We will definitely be back.
We have always loved amores pizza. Today was a total disappointment. It took two hours for delivery. I called to inquire after 1.5 hours where our pizza was and they forgot to mention that delivery is now DoorDash, not their employees. Once delivered it was terrible. It must have been sitting in a warmer the whole time, the pizza was dry and burnt. Bummed out because they used to be one of our favorites.

Paid $26.64 for 1 pizza. The pizza came missing toppings. Amore refused to even look at the pizza to confirm the mistake and said they would do nothing to fix the problem.
Poor food and terrible customer service.
