Was in drive thru and it took them 7 minutes per car for a coffee order. I pull up to the window finally and instead of letting me pay and hand me my drink she decides to take a 5 minute order from another customer first, Plus Biggby coffee tastes bitter. This experience reminded me why I go to Starbucks

Coffee isn't the issue... The issue is people blocking traffic because they want to use the drive thru. Pretty gnarly getting the finger from a customer because she wants to stay in the road. Do better coffee shop. Do better.

This is our favorite stop on the way to South Haven from Chicago. Fun wine tasting and a great way to find the perfect bottle. Interesting variety. Fun bartender. Cool vibe.

Every time I come through the drive-thru, they are all so friendly, helpful and it's an overall delightful start to my day. The food is always fast and delicious and my drinks are always perfect. My go to coffee shop. 5 stars hands down!
