The Best Tow Service Around!! They towed a camper for my niece & nephew & it went great!! The driver was prompt & professional. He was also very skilled at his job. We highly recommend them!

My car broke down off of I-94 around 10pm. The dispatch service let me know that someone would arrive in 30-45min, but the driver came much sooner. Travis the driver took a look at what was wrong with my engine, before towing us to an auto repair center. Since it was after hours, he guided us through the late night key drop, and even drove us to a neighboring hotel after.Prompt, friendly, and reliable service during a moment of late night panic. Really appreciate the help - thanks for everything, Travis!

If I could give zero stars I would. I've used them twice in two weeks and they weren't punctual. This second time I waited over 2 and a half hours and was given 3 different times of arrival and them still not arriving. The final time they were still "10 minutes" away when I cancel. I will never use McDonald's Towing again. This time I truly mean it.

I would give them a zero star but that wasnt an option. My son called them to get his car towed at 3am.They said it would be about 8 hours. Then he called them after 15 hours ,then they said another 2 .Well he waited .They never came,just gave excuses. He called another tow place and they towed within an hour!!!!
