Love the food, often rude unhappy people working. Act as if you’re a burden to order food. Probably won’t return. You own a business and have money, act like it because you’re blessed while others struggle. Good luck, you’ll need it. Improve the attitudes.

Ordered $60 takeout today and my entire order went into the garbage. Absolutely disgusting, not at all what we normally get here. The lo mein wasn't even lo mein. The beef fried rice had no flavor. The chicken with vegetables was nasty, tasted like way too much ginger and was so overpowering that nobody could eat it. And I only got a partial serving of sauce to go with my rangoons. We are still hungry and very disappointed. Don't waste your money.

Worse place I've ever eaten, walk in and felt like we were intruding, the waiter was not nice at all. For a sit down restaurant you get a Styrofoam plate, a plastic fork, and a square of napkin. No offer of a glass of ice with your pop. The food was tasteless except the beef and broccoli which was spoiled. I only left a 1 star because nothing less. The guy was in back hollering at a child really loud. No I don't recommend this place. I tried to find something nice about the place to leave a plus but I found none.

I've been living in Paw Paw for a few years now, and over these years the quality in the meats, veggies, and sauces in all local establishments have gone for a turn in a worse direction. I really enjoy ordering from here, or, I enjoyed it, but recently things have started to really add up to a bad experience. The rice seems stale or something, the chicken texture seems odd, and while the flavors of the sauces are alright, usually now the veggies are under cooked. So, I would not recommend right now ordering here, unfortunately.

Really pleased with our order ! We ordered Mongolian Beef , Szechuan Chicken(spicy ), and coconut shrimp with crab Rangoon's on the side. All was very good! They even packaged the sauce for the coconut shrimp in its own container so the shrimp wasn’t soggy when it arrived. Thank you!

Ordered sesame chicken & broccoli,chicken fried rice. There was 3 pieces of broccoli,sesame chicken was tough. Well maybe it was over cooked it shouldn't be crunchy
Picked up an order and asked when I picked it up to get an extra order of noodles added and they refused to. Horrible customer service, no better than Chan's. I would go to Chan's Palace before here or go to Kalamazoo.
