their Italian coffee is great and they ground whole beans for me their blueberry muffins are sooo good!

I have NOT purchased here as of yet. However, the minute I walked in the door, I got a swiff of the rich aroma of Starbucks coffee. I refrained so hard to not buy any as I was there purely to purchase storage bags at the store Starbucks is located in. Next time here, I plan to purchase this some of this amazing smelling coffee!

Let me just say this is 1 of my favorite Starbucks around me. They always get your order right. If you ask for light ice that is what you get, not half a glass and then told yeah that's easy ice. It is in the grocery store but that's fine by me. Love the Mango Dragonfruit Refresher Lemonade by far my favorite.
Very pissed everytime I go I don't get nice service. Always get attitude from one of the associates that works there and let me tell you it's always the same girl. Everyone else never have an issue. If she doesn't like her job she shouldn't work there. Period. I am frequent costumer and get a bad service every single time when she's working. My drink is never right. Thats why I choose to go to kalamazoo starbucks. If you work in Starbucks you should be friendly. If I go pay $7 for a drink I expect to get good service and my drink right.

Located in a supermarket, I was really unsure if the experience would be good, but we were on a roadtrip and it was located only 3 min.off the interstate. Parking was no prob. I'm happy to report the supermarket is clean (so are the restrooms). The service was great too! Our baristas were friendly, skilled and efficient. I didn't notice any sitting area, but the groceries were stocked, the produce looked fresh and everything was organized so we could've done shopping too!
