great Burgers and food in general
We went there for dinner tonight and the bartender was paying more attention to the males than the females. My boyfriend got a beer right away and I sat my empty up at the same time but she ignored it!! The owner finally gave me a beer. She was rubbing keno tickets on her boobs. Uggh. We love this bar but she was terrible! Pay attention to EVERYONE.. not just the men! Discussing!
Great food and prices. Friday fish fry was amazing.

Murphy's Tavern is a local gem with great food and cold beer. Under new ownership, the bar has a nice atmosphere and friendly staff. The soft tacos on Tuesdays are a hit, and the burgers are delicious with good prices. The community-oriented place even held a benefit event. Despite being busy, the service is impressive, with orders ready on time. A special mention goes to the accommodating staff who went out of their way to pack a large taco salad. Highly recommended for a delightful dining experience.
