We stopped by for a quick beer. I've always loved this place. I've never had a beer there I didn't throughly enjoy.

We all had a cheese burger. They were pretty busy but our server got to us fast and was very nice. Even tho it was busy we got our food pretty quick. The burgers were good.
The service was absolutely HORRIBLE. This place was NOT busy for it being the night of the MSU vs UM football game. The only reason we were here is because the wait at the Brown Bear was over an hour. Now we know.

Low key bar/grill with outdoor back lawn seating. Food Truck BBQ out back was good. Allowed dogs on the lawn. Football game playing on screen on the back stage.Domestic and some local beer. Not a huge variety of drinks or house bar food (pizza fries and other not notable food). Bus your own tables and empty trash into a giant trash can. Bathrooms are old and park-style facilities.Seems like a fun local hangout.Overall average.Visiting from Upstate NY.
