The caramel apple donut and maple donut were both great but I think maple was my favorite. The customer service was outstanding as well. “I live a bit a way from here, but most times when I have to go to Lansing, I am sure to take the route to the Country Bakery. I absolutely love their pecan rolls and especially their cinnamon rolls. “Yes, I do recommend Big Top but…last night’s visit wasn’t great. I asked for a small lemon cone, received it. My husband asked for a small creme de minthe, took quite awhile to get it and when he did it had half as much ice cream as mine did. An older lady (owner?) saw it and should have told the young boy who made it to do it again. We paid $8.69 for 2 small cones, and put $1.31 in the tip cup. They need to be more consistent in the size of cones they make.”

“There were four of us and we all loved our meals. I had the mushroom swiss and the patty was huge and well-seasoned. Everyone else had breakfast. The prices averaged about 10-11 per entree. Generous portions.”

“Subway used to be one of my favorite places, but so many buildings are not clean, staff is not friendly, food is not fresh. This one had me so pleasantly surprised! We walked in the door, the gal acknowledged us and said HELLO! Who does that? Our sandwiches were very good, the bread was fresh and the store was clean! Thank you!”

“We stopped while traveling for the holidays. The male manager for lunch was very find and funny! The cashier was also very kind, food came out fast and correct! Bathrooms needed attention as well as the dining room tables but overall nice visit!”
