Gosh, I'm disappointed. Friend picked up coffee for me... it smelled spoiled and was not hot. I understand travel time, but this was hardly warm. I'm a big time biggby customer, please train employees. I enjoy having a coffee shop in town.
I got a drink today, probably about 20-30 minutes ago and whenever i go to this location the staff are always so friendly and kind! One of the Baristas Hannah, always makes designs on top of the cold foam! Today i got a flower! How cool is that?! I love this biggby, and the creative staff! Thank you!!
