Poor speakerphone etiquette. Got the order wrong after reiterating several times. Served me hot coffee that was quite cold. When I sent it back, they returned it to me exactly the same. A very unpleasant restaurant.Happily the fries were hot and tasty.

They only take one order at a time in their drive thru. Order is always wrong, and the night manager is hostile towards customers that try to get their order corrected. I expect/hope this location gets shut down soon. Bring in a company that actually cares about service and their customers.
Regular ol' fast food place. Great location right off the highway. I like the city of Perry. Always worth a drive though. Service is three star because staff aren't very attentive. Take your order. Disappear. Show up with your food. Done. I expect at least a friendly greeting and maybe a 'thank you for your order'.

All 4 of my breakfast sandwiches were made wrong. Tried calling but they either won't answer the phone or they pick up to quickly hang up. I usually have no issues with their breakfast but today it was all 4 sandwiches wrong. Wouldn't have been a big deal if the manager would have just answered the phone..
