Can't get an order right to save their life. I love their buffalo chicken pizza but 2/3 of the last times I've ordered it, they haven't put the sauce on it. So not really a buffalo chicken pizza anymore. Now they can't even read a salad ticket right. I order a Ceaser Salad with extra meat and additional toppings and I get home and all I have is a small portion of chicken and some cheese on it. No attention to detail or customers. Just bad

I will drive to Owossos location before I ever order from this place again. Pizza was smashed against box, and clearly the wrong drink even though it's on the receipt that's attached to the box.

I ordered a pizza online, had it delivered and was so disappointed. It was supposed to have extra cheese, which I paid extra for and I would say it was more like light cheese. On top of that it was very cold. Very disappointing have done this many times over the years and have never had an issue

don’t usually leave reviews but the perry location has gone downhill. last time the kid at the counter told me i couldn’t get feta on my pizza. when i asked why (because ive done that for YEARSSS) he just gave me a blank stare. asked another employee to find out i could have gotten feta. ugh. this time ordered some subs, missing toppings, charging for extra sauces yet not receiving a single one. i like howies, it’s good for a quick meal, but i will stop going if they can’t figure things out. editing to add that i’ve dealt with the same young employee everytime i’ve had issues. he seems to be new but that’s not an excuse for what seems to be poor communication between employees, and constant messed up orders.

DO NOT ORDER DELIVERY. They have an older lady delivery driver and her car is absolutely disgusting. She has trash stacked to the ceiling. The other workers know about it but they won’t do anything about it.

I really like the Hungry Howie’s online ordering app. I can specify exactly how I want the toppings distributed / omitted way better than trying to convert that to a human over the phone. My order is always done even before the estimated time, and the employees are always pleasant and accommodating. The atmosphere is irrelevant- it’s a pickup counter, not a restaurant.

They don't even deserve a star,stood in the back talking with each other, after the 2nd time I went in.the 1st time tried ordering a 73 classic and was told it's online only and went online to order it and it's more,went into ask why it was showing that and they wouldn't come to the counter. That's why it's been yrs since we went there because of issues then,now I figured I try again, that's a hard no,never again will I ever go to Perry Hungry Howie.

Besides finding hair in previous order we tried again. I ordered on 4/26/2025 , I was paying with a debit card. I was asked if I wanted to tip the driver, I said no because I was being charged $5.99 delivery charge. After receiving my order my card got charged another $6 I'm waiting for the manager to explain.

Ordered online 30 minutes before I arrived and was told it would be another 20 minutes before it was done. Waiting another 30 minutes before going back to check on order and was told it wasn't even started yet and would be another 20+ minutes. At that point I cancelled order and left and have to hope I actually get my money back since I paid online. No offer to try to make it right so I won't bother coming back.
