This location, by far, has the NICEST staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Every single time I’ve visited driving to East Lansing, I’ve had the best experience. They’re funny, complimentary, and just so positive.

Wanted to give a review because it’s so rare for a fast food restaurant to take care of customers. Tonight we placed a pickup order, and before we picked it up, someone came in and pretended it was theirs! The staff went above and beyond to correct the situation, and it’s much appreciated. Thanks!

Tried the new bowl. It was okay. I recommend the original bowl.
Tried Wing Snob for the first time. Loved the food presentation and great taste. The wings were well coated but not excessive with sauce. I strongly recommend Wing Snob.

Went there today. The guy at the counter was rude and not friendly as it seemed we were bothering him, he tosed a cup to my wife which landed on the floor.To top it off ,our order was wrong , the ice machine was broke , he did not offer ice from drive through machine so drinks were piss warm.I had to ask another person for ice , and when his friends came in he gotten ice right off the bat. What a pos employee. I guess you get what you pay for . Very disappointed as when they 1st opened the people and food was great.
