This location, by far, has the NICEST staff I’ve ever encountered at a fast food restaurant. Every single time I’ve visited driving to East Lansing, I’ve had the best experience. They’re funny, complimentary, and just so positive.
Wanted to give a review because it’s so rare for a fast food restaurant to take care of customers. Tonight we placed a pickup order, and before we picked it up, someone came in and pretended it was theirs! The staff went above and beyond to correct the situation, and it’s much appreciated. Thanks!
I asked if there were utensils in the bag, she said I think so as I was going to eat it in the parking lot. Of course there were none on the bag so had to go back through the drive through! This was not a good customer service. I'm handicapped, get real. She still has the bag in her hands when I asked!
