Stopped in for a mcdonaldland meal for my daughter to try the fun looking shake. We were told at the drive through speaker that “we aren’t doing those right now”. Not that they were out of the stuff. Nope just that they weren’t doing them right now. Like they just didn’t want to make it. So we went on our way to the Webberville location where we all ordered food and laughed at what a bad establishment this is. Do better and you may not be ranked below Charlie’s.

I don't know how to get a hold of the corporate team there,but our visit today 9/13/2025 was awful. The entire dining room had not been attended to in a while. Every table was dirty. There was a wait per usual for food. Seems like the only focus on drive thru. The manager Cheyenne is very disorganized and not friendly. She doesn't smile and seems bothered by her job entirely. She brought over half our order after a wait and when I said we were still waiting for some of our order her retort was I only have 2 hands. Then my husband had to go up cause we were still waiting. It was still 10 minutes at least. They is never a sense of quick. No one appears to have an in charge attitude. It appears as if no one is assigned anywhere. No one is in the lobby anytime I've ever been in there. I asked the guy for a rag to wipe tables and he said , you can if you want. Terrible.

This has to be one of the worst McDonald’s in the state of Michigan!!!! The last 4 visits they have not had ketchup. Service takes 10-20 minutes to get your food with only 1 other person in the restaurant and if you ask for ketchup they roll their eyes and say give me a minute like I am asking for their 1st born child.

September 2 at 8:30 AM I went through the drive-through. The young lady crewmember working the first window was extremely pleasant very polite and seemed happy to be there. This is a great contrast to the person wearing manager clothing who handed me my food who seemed like she hated her Life and her job. Be like the first girl.

Most the staff are great, there's one manager with pink hair that seems she hates her job, but the lobby and counters are DISGUSTING and UNACCEPTABLE! It takes 1 employee and 10 mins to make sure counters are clean, tables are cleaned and floors picked up! Hope the owners see this and do something about it! It was so bad we went to our car to eat!

Absolutely terribly slow service! They only care about their drive-thru times and for anyone in lobby they basically say forget you I gotta keep my drive-thru times down. Not to mention they are ALWAYS understaffed. They need to refocus their priorities! This has been happening for many many years by the way, not just a one time rant about the crap service. Nothing against McDonalds, but this Perry, MI franchise owned McDonalds is absolutely terrible! Hope your experience is better then most of my interactions have been. Mind you I am always polite and respectful, I would understand if I was a rude, inconsiderate jerk but I'm not. Just bad upper management to be honest.

We came at night (one hour before closing) and ordered our food. They forgot my nuggets and when we asked the worker about it, they were kind about it and gave us a free large fry! Honestly the best mcdonalds nuggets EVER! They were fresh out the frier and hot and crispy!!

I placed an order off of the McDonalds App for breakfast items at 10:23a. I arrived at the Perry location at 10:30a to pick up my order and was told that it wouldn’t be fulfilled because they were already serving lunch. I wasted my time and gas to drive to this location and no regard was given for good customer service. I have been a loyal customer at the Perry location and will no longer patronize this establishment. Very disappointing!

I placed an online order through the McDonald’s App at 10:23A which only had breakfast items listed on the menu. I drove to the Perry location and arrived at 10:30a to pick up my order and was told that my order could not be completed because they were already serving lunch. This was a complete waste of my time and gas with no regard to customer service. I have been a regular customer at this location and will no longer patronize this establishment. Very disappointing!
