Ordered a toasted sub. They toasted it just enough to melt the cheese and give the bread a stale texture. Ate half of it, threw half away. After eating the sub I felt nauseous the rest of the night.

Once AGAIN! Treated like absolute garbage at this location! Lied to that they can only put 5 pickles on my sandwich when all I get is pickles and lettuce ! They purposely ruined two of my 3 footings because I told them that’s a lie they can put more that 5 pickles on my sub. Squirted so much mayo and mustard it isn’t even edible . My daughter and I had to go to McDonald’s and spend double for lunch. Called to complain and the manager said it was my fault I got treated like crap for asking for more pickles . They have guidelines and I asked them to do something that was over their “guidelines” . It’s a guideline! Not a rule! So I’ll never eat here again. The workers are disgustinf from the top to the bottom. If you want more than 5 pickles on your sub don’t go here! The Manager Christina basically said she didn’t care that I left feeling like I did something wrong by eating at their restaurant. I’ll never ever eat there again, never get gas there again, I hope you don’t either! I loved to Perry last year and love the little town, unfortunately they have this abomination sitting downtown .

Walked into a clean location. Gavin helped me this afternoon. He was in good spirits, happy to help me, and cracking jokes. Made for a very pleasant experience. I don’t normally get subway, but Gavin did a good job of making sure I’d be back! Please let him know that he’s doing an amazing job, and maybe consider a raise for him! 10/10 employee.

Ya I came into the store to get a sandwich I was the only person at the counter, was refused service told if wanted something I would have to go though the drive thru. 2 guys working the counter were doing a online order.this was the last time I will ever go to this store.
I loved going to the Perry Subway because it has a drive thru. I won't be going there again because after going there on 10/27/2024 my husband got food poisoning from the tuna sub sandwich. Hours after eating the sub he became violently ill. Projectile vomiting. It was very bad. Turns out he remembers he felt ill after eating the same sub a few months ago. Although that time he didn't throw up. He was perfectly fine before eating both subs. Employees were fine. I just wanted to warn people to stay away from the tuna subs.

Food is always good. However, Christina waited on me tonight and couldn't have been more rude. She was complaining about other employees when I walked in with the older lady that always works nights at the gas station to start. Was not engaging with me at all, yet berating the young man working with her about throwing out or keeping bread for the next day. Heard "I don't care" out of her 3 or more times when he asked for direction. Completely unprofessional... and just a horrible experience with her. I feel bad for the young man trying to work with her!

While placing our order in the drive through the staff member was rude and short with us. Barely letting us make modifications to our sandwich. We pulled up to the service window and waited 10 minutes before we were greeted. While waiting we watched the employee prepping our meal eat from a bag of chips without gloves and proceed to lick her fingers. Luckily another team member began prepping our food. Upon receiving our order, the sandwiches had none of our requested ingredients and incorrect breading. We will not be coming back.
