My boyfriend and I came here after a horrible experience with KFC next door. Taco Bell was AMAZING!! They were out of beef but were super apologetic about it, giving us both free large drinks, coupons for free food, and even let us try the new food that hasn't been released yet (super good in my opinion) for free!! Everyone was hard at work and seemed really cheerful!We were greeted, the food was great, service stellar! Great job!!

It is very aggravating to get a large drink and no straw. Straws should be given with the drink. Also the print is too small you cant read it. Whoever idea it was to make it so tiny needs to get their head examined. Just wait till they need glasses and have such tiny print they can't read it. Makes me not wanting to go to taco bell. I love taco bell but it's too hard to read.
This might be the best TacoBell in Mid Michigan, food is always on point and everyone is extremely polite. Couldn’t recommend this location enough.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have never experienced this level of disrespect before at any other restaurant I’ve been too. I went through the drive through last night on my way home at 10pm, I live over an hour away from this place specifically. The drive through order taker was pleasant but when I received my food I was disgusted, and quite angry. My chicken quesadilla was disgusting, and NOT edible. It looked as though someone picked it up, jostled it around, and threw it into its bag. The insides of it were in the outside, it was a mess. I’ve never seen anything like that before and I was already on the highway returning home. I called the store to tell them about to high level of disrespect, and how frustrated I was at the situation to be told by HUNTER (the manager/name given to me) was blatantly rude, and unwilling to apologize or resolve the situation in any way. There was only me and one other car in the drive through. We ordered ONE meal. And that’s how we were treated. He stated they were in a “rush” and he was the only person on the line. Admitting he is the reason for my disaster of a quesadilla. I will never return to this Taco Bell.
