Switched mine and my sisters food. From a order from Richard R on Friday, Nov 22, 2024. Meaning my sister didn't get to eat due bad service. I'm beyond furious. Not only did they mess up our meal with putting toppings not supposed to be on the combos we ordered but let me reiterate that my sister didn't get to eat because they switched our order.

I hate using the screen to order. For the price of the food Taco Bell should provide someone to take your order. That's why I don't come to Taco Bell as often as I used to.

Taco Bell is always awesome. The portions were properly sized and very hot. I always look forward to eating at Taco Bell. The food is consistently good and priced right. All in all, it is a great value. I highly recommend Taco Bell.

I can’t believe that when choosing to dine in you can’t get human customer service anymore. We continued to drive to Perry when eating Taco Bell even when there is a closer one to our house because we hate using a kiosk to order our food and the one closest to us is kiosk or drive through only. The last few times we’ve gone to Perry they no longer want to wait on walk ins so they throw up a sign that says use kiosk to order!! We walked out and went to KFC next door. They weren’t even that busy!!! We will take our business to places that will wait on us and show great customer service. Sorry Taco Bell you are failing your faithful customers!

The prices at Taco Bell are utterly ridiculous they have doubled for some of the items. There's no way it should cost $11 to make a taco, a quesadilla and a soda.

They were training a new guy. I felt the 2 items I bought were over priced and lacking volume. As with all fast food now good customer service with quality and or quantity is few and far between. They had decent customer service. The rest is probably not there fault.

Came in to get something to eat on long car trip, sign on counter saying they are not taking orders at the counter have to use the kiosk so I left and I’m heading to Burger King, if I have to place my order myself I need employee discount 50% off

The place has changed, and not for the better it has new POS systems, and food is extremely overpriced now there are no 5 dollar cravings box, and they have a few bugs in the POS system software noticed wial using.

Parking: Plenty of parking, dedicated customer parking, and free parking lot.
