This might be the best TacoBell in Mid Michigan, food is always on point and everyone is extremely polite. Couldn’t recommend this location enough.

If I could give this place no stars I would. I have never experienced this level of disrespect before at any other restaurant I’ve been too. I went through the drive through last night on my way home at 10pm, I live over an hour away from this place specifically. The drive through order taker was pleasant but when I received my food I was disgusted, and quite angry. My chicken quesadilla was disgusting, and NOT edible. It looked as though someone picked it up, jostled it around, and threw it into its bag. The insides of it were in the outside, it was a mess. I’ve never seen anything like that before and I was already on the highway returning home. I called the store to tell them about to high level of disrespect, and how frustrated I was at the situation to be told by HUNTER (the manager/name given to me) was blatantly rude, and unwilling to apologize or resolve the situation in any way. There was only me and one other car in the drive through. We ordered ONE meal. And that’s how we were treated. He stated they were in a “rush” and he was the only person on the line. Admitting he is the reason for my disaster of a quesadilla. I will never return to this Taco Bell.

This is the worst tacobell I have ever got food from it took them 20 minutes to notice a libe at the counter they was told the drive through comes first my order was messed up didn't taste good staff and this establishment suck a bunch of rude tyrants I'll never go back there I love tacobell to this is Not how you do business if they cared they would be there for the costumers look at all the negative reviews you would think they would either fire and get new or do something about this

Kendra greeted me right away and asked me to let her know if I had any questions regarding the menu. I am a vegetarian so I did want some options, she was very helpful. She also helped me with an order for my husband who was in the car - I needed something he could easily eat and drive with and she suggested the cheesy beef burrito and he loved it! When I asked “anything else we need for the last two hours of our road trip?” she suggested the Cinnabon donuts and I’m glad she did! Thank you Kendra, very organized and clean restaurant, kitchen crew was also well organized and worked together as a team during a busy dinner rush.

Awful service waited 40 mins for food inside, while the drive thru was being waited on first. Then they gave us the wrong food and preceded to make us wait again. I try to be graceful but rude employees that blatantly ignore paying customers are not acceptable.

Dude. I don’t know what’s up with this night crew but they literally just don’t give a shit. I’m pregnant and recently I can only down Taco Bell and everytime I go there in the evening I know I’m gonna get crappy made half fallen shit with it tasting all weird, Fries are spilled in the bag, I asked for sauce and I never got any. Kudos for fast service night crew but geez get your crap together lol. Afternoon crew seems pretty cool tho, so thank yall for being awesome throughout my pregnancy, always nice and fun to talk to. This complaint I’m doing has nothing to do with yall. Much love haha

I am very disappointed this visit. Didn't have the strawberry freeze I ordered online and paid extra for. In the past, I had this happen at this location, and I remember being compensated. Not this time, the associate said it's not working. You can have baja blast or dragonfruit , yuck! Then I got home to eat, and the chalupa was cold and chewy. Wasn't my night for Taco Bell. So this makes two disappointing experiences in a row at Taco Bell (separate locations)
