Worst pizza ever ever. Ordered pizza with olives ham pepperoni, mushrooms. Got a pizza with black and GREEN olives, shredded ham that was so hard it could not be chewed lots of sauce and very little cheese. The combination was terrible. Green pepper was also include in strips that were too big for a salad. The end effect was any any left over veggies or meat were thrown on top of the crust. Not baked with the cheese. A big waste of money. Will never have their pizza again

Got pizza and bread sticks today for lunch and it was excellent. Got a calzone a week ago that was really good too. Ordered online and was ready to be picked up on time. Worth the drive from Elkton for lunch

I ordered a take out pizza and cheese bread. I didn't get the correct oder and called the store and asked for the manager. I don't believe I got the manager, but if I did the girl refused to give her name. I told her my concerns and she hung up on me. I called back and she hung up again. 4 times I tried to get proper service to no avail. I have ordered many times from your company and have never been treated so rudely. I'm very disappointed in your manager if that's what she was.

I placed an order on the app. Cottage Inn charged my card and said it would take 40 minutes for delivery. I called after an hour and a half to ask where my order was. The manager told me I was lying and didn’t place an order. He said there was nothing he could do. I asked why they wouldn’t make my order or refund my money. He said there is nothing he can do.

I placed an order on the app like normal. The money was taken out of my account and I was give approximately 40 delivery time. I waited 1 1/2 hours for my order then called. The manager told me he doesn’t see my order so there is nothing he can do. I asked why they can’t just make the order I paid for or refund my money. He said there is nothing he can do and then hung up on me. I called back and believe me I was angry. I wonder how many other people they are committing fraud on. I even said I would show to prove how my card was card was charged. Not a good way to conduct business.
