The pizza was good but my son was a little disappointed in his first trip that the Pizza Portal wasn't working. The attendant at the counter quickly retrieved our pizza and we were out the door in under 60 seconds. Another gentleman waiting for his order even opened the door for us. Over all, the pizzas were good and so was our experience
Very good kind employees. Food has always been great! Always had good customer service especially today. They had the computers go down on them today and since they've seen me come in a lot for work they said they had me covered today. A very appropriate response in my opinion.
Since going online with orders and the pizza portal (self service), the errors and quality have greatly improved. I prefer using the portal and get a text message when the food is ready to pickup.
