Really depends on who is working and time of the day if you get a good coffee. Morning crew normally zero issue, late afternoon very hot and miss lately, The ones that made sure it was done right were let go. We have been going here for a long time and today was the last straw, got all the way home to find out we had warm milk no coffee, Drove all the way back and the short girl working had such a nasty attitude, If I had The owners number I would call her. Not sure if we will go back.

I visit this establishment 1 to 2 times a day. Lately they can't seem to make my drink correctly and when I come back in to let them know they give you an attitude like it's my fault. I drink the same type of coffee every time I go, sometimes they forget to actually put coffee in my drink then I end up with just mocha and milk. I also ask for no whip, but they decide to give it to me anyway. I ask for skim milk but sometimes they give me whole milk which my stomach can't handle. There are a couple girls that have been working there for awhile that know what they are doing and they always get it right and are always polite, but you have a few bad eggs.

Staff is very rude and short with people seemed annoyed she had to do her job! We miss our regular barista I wish I knew her name . But she is a very nice blond girl you and always smiling and very pleasant. We stop here every morning on the way to work.

Came in on a busy Sunday. There were 3 young girls working. And they did a wonderful job, balancing jobs from drive thru to lobby orders. They were very polite, and food was fresh and delicious.

Worst coffee experience I’ve had. I’ve been there on a few different occasions and every time they’ve messed up mine or my wife’s coffee or both. And then head your capacity to hand me a burnt bagel. Will never be returning

I really wish there was a means of consistency. . . I normally order Hot Butter Bear extra shot of espresso add white chocolate with almond milk . . . I was informed by the last girl I ordered this from. It's called a sweet tooth, welp. I ordered a sweet tooth this time, and needless to say, I'm very disappointed. The flavor wasn't there and wasn't made with almond milk. So I wasted money and will now have GI distress probably most of the day. Would have gone back in, but I can't when I'm headed to work. Now they can't even melt cheese for a sandwich . If i wanted warm bread and cold cheese, i could have made that myself. . .this place is really going downhill. I'm not going back if I have a choice in it.
