Staff is very rude and short with people seemed annoyed she had to do her job! We miss our regular barista I wish I knew her name . But she is a very nice blond girl you and always smiling and very pleasant. We stop here every morning on the way to work.

Came in on a busy Sunday. There were 3 young girls working. And they did a wonderful job, balancing jobs from drive thru to lobby orders. They were very polite, and food was fresh and delicious.

Worst coffee experience I’ve had. I’ve been there on a few different occasions and every time they’ve messed up mine or my wife’s coffee or both. And then head your capacity to hand me a burnt bagel. Will never be returning

I really wish there was a means of consistency. . . I normally order Hot Butter Bear extra shot of espresso add white chocolate with almond milk . . . I was informed by the last girl I ordered this from. It's called a sweet tooth, welp. I ordered a sweet tooth this time, and needless to say, I'm very disappointed. The flavor wasn't there and wasn't made with almond milk. So I wasted money and will now have GI distress probably most of the day. Would have gone back in, but I can't when I'm headed to work. Now they can't even melt cheese for a sandwich . If i wanted warm bread and cold cheese, i could have made that myself. . .this place is really going downhill. I'm not going back if I have a choice in it.

Great food, good drinks, but they never give me my whole order. They always forget something and any time my mom tries to go here to get a coffee cake muffin they ALWAYS forget it. They also never give receipts. If you call about it because you’re on your way somewhere, they make you jump through hoops, and even then say “well for today we can give it to you but that’s about it” and are very rude on the phone to you.otherwise if you just go back around or drive back up there and tell them-they’ll fix their mistake

This location is always packed, they never have enough employees, the line is constantly wrapped around the building so you're waiting 20 minutes or more for a coffee every time you show up, don't waste your time at this location go to the hartland location where there's never a line and you can get your coffee in 3

This will be the first time a Biggby location did not receive 5 stars. I refuse to go to Tim Hortons, Dunkin’ Donuts, and Starbucks because the customer service along with their products are just awful. I choose to spend my money with this company because the coffee is worth every penny and usually the customer service is out of this world.Yesterday I stopped into this specific location to order a large frozen cookie butter with mallow added. The young lady at the front seemed bothered to have to take my order and couldn’t care less about the gift I left the store. She didn’t even say thank you which in all honesty kinda hurt. Then she just tossed it aside on the counter instead of putting it somewhere safe to hang up later. I worked hard on that art piece to show my appreciation and gratitude to not only this store, but to the company as a whole. The drink tasted okay and could have been made a lot better. It seemed the focus was more on the drive-thru, rather than all of the customers who visit.This was my first time coming to this location because I had no clue a Biggby existed so close to where I moved. I normally have to drive all the way out to Howell or Brighton area to find a Biggby. I will give this place one more chance and if the service and quality of my drink doesn’t improve, then I will just spend extra money in gas and my time to get the drink I am paying for and that too both customer service this company prides itself in.
Parking: Limited parking spaces due to being a strip mall and having shared parking with other businesses.
