I put an order in for a large BLT pizza and it was burnt had no Mayo no taste Overall terrible just terrible OK this is not Jess Pizza that I remember. Town Square has a better BLT pizza.

I picked up a Large “The Works” Pizza tonight for Dinner. It was, by far, the Absolute Best Pizza I have had in a very long time. Loaded with Toppings, Perfect Crust and made just the way I asked for. We could only eat 1/2 of it! Delicious and Filling. A Great Value too! Thank You … We Will Be Back! 5-Star Review!!!

Took 2 hours to have my order delivered. When I called to check on the status of my order i was met with rude employees, one even hung up on me while i was asking questions. My pizzas aren't even room temperature. I ordered and paid for 4 ranch cups, only received 3. I wont be making this mistake again.

Ordered a pizza at 6.12 tonight, arrived at 7 cold and the wrong pizza. I called and they nicely offered to send out the correct pizza and I accepted. It is now 8:09 and correct pizza is not here. Not ordering from them again.

My family has always loved Jets but this locations gives poor service. Waited almost 2 hours for our pizza, when it finally came it was cold. Employee who managed the phone call was rude. Don’t recommend going here unless you’re ok picking up your own order or you are ok with mediocre pizza.

The very first time I've ever ordered from there. Absolutely horrible. The crust was so hard and over cooked it chipped my tooth. The bread had next to no cheese and again hard as a rock. However the young lady who took my order was very polite and was very sweet. Worst 47.00 I've ever spent. Get it together ppl.

I ordered a BLT Pizza. Couldn't taste or see any bacon and they didn't put any Tomatoes on it 😞 other then that it was a good pizza, just not what I ordered. I called the store and the girl working there was very polite and offered me two choices in order to fix the mistake. I appreciated that and will order from them again.
