thought found a good pizza . 1 x good. next order bad didn't even put the items on that go on. go to get my free pizza because of there screw up. Got that wrong. every thing was.in the middle and not the right items. Check pizza before you leave if pick up

Great place for Detroit style pizza and lots of options for toppings and specialty pizzas. In addition they also have amazing wings which honestly outshine the pizza, unfortunately they do run out of wings on occasion. The best thing about Jets is truly the ranch, it freaking rocks! You can even get it in a giant squeeze bottle!Parking: Lots of parking since it’s a strip mall.

A long time loyal customer no more.Jett’s went cheap like the other major chains.They no longer offer more customized 2x,3x item options for your favorite ingredients through their app; they’ve resorted to shrink-flation.They would charge extra for those heaping extra amounts, which is was fine with.Good luck with your new watered down pies.

2 stars for INCONSISTENCY. One day I'll order a four square with extra cheese and pepperoni extra well done and it's DELICIOUS. The very next day I order the same thing and it tastes like a different company made the pizza. Plus I had points and got the brownie which was hard as a rock. Total bummer

The Mandwella Effect

Normally free should taste pretty good, but this pizza overall just left a bad taste in my mouth. My family and I just moved here and received a welcome envelope filled with gift certificates. One of them happened to be for this specific Jets location for a free large pizza with one topping Detroit style.I called up there and placed an order for pickup at 5:11pm. I politely explained to the employee on the phone that you will not find my information in your system because we just moved here. She couldn’t hear me because her coworkers were acting obnoxious and being quite loud in the background instead of working hard to fulfill orders. I kept my cool and kindly repeated myself three times so she would put the order in correctly. She asked for the name and I not only told her, but I spelled it out for her because most people don’t know how to spell it. I was told 20-25 minutes and the pizza would be ready.Fast forward to picking up the food and it was a disaster. I walk in to a bunch of teenagers standing around chitchatting instead of taking care of business. I had to wait almost five minutes before an employee wandered over to the front counter and acted as if I was interrupting her precious time. I tell her that I am here to pickup my order. She’s asks me for my phone number and it doesn’t work. I tried to explain the situation that I wouldn’t be in the system because we have never ordered from here before. I am met with an attitude and a rude line of questioning of what’s the name? I politely give her the name and she proceeded to tell me it’s not under that. Well, what name is it under then? The name it was under was “Cineen”. Who is that? My last name starts with the letter T. How could you screw up a name that I spelled out loud for you earlier when I originally ordered?After another few minutes, this employee finally located my order and acted as if I caused this entire ordeal.Based on how everything panned out along with the terrible customer service, I will not waste my money or my time in the future on this franchise pizza chain.

After waiting 54 minutes since I called in the pizza delivery I called back to see if it’s on its way. The guy said it will be another 20-25 minutes. I asked for some sort of compensation, wings for free or something since were paying $48 for 2x 8 wings and a lg pizza one half of one topping. He said hold on let me get my manager. The manager comes on, “what’s the problem!?” I explained the situation, and that we expect some sort of comp and $ off or something after needing to wait nearly an hr and a half for a delivery, of which they didn’t warn us about. He said, we can cancel the order or you can have it full price. Needless to say, we cancelled the order. Horrible service, coming from someone that ran a pizza place for a whole and currently works in customer service. Too expensive as well!

It was dreadful! We wait 1 hour and there was no response, we called the place to see what was taking so long. Finally they answered and said it would be a nother 25 minutes! And we ordered at 7:00pm and it was a school night for our kids so they weren’t able to have dinner before they went to bed! We asked for a compensation but they refused to give us one. They told us we could either cancel our order or pay full price, soon we ended up canceling our order. Bad place would not recommend for family and friends.

Overpriced. Coupons or not, doesn’t make a difference.The (8) corner Pizza wasn’t cooked in the middle.Been about (5) months since we last ordered…. decided to give it another go just because we were getting burned out on Hungry Howies. Unfortunately the same results ??. Never again.

I called to place order let them know I had gift card no issue with thatWhen I got there they would not take my card said I see new management Ok??? Well, someone should have told me thisI said are you going to do the right thing and give us our food well, of course they didn’tI said I’m still in parking lot will my son have dinner tonight or are you just gonna throw out food.
