After running errands yesterday I arrived 11 minutes early for my 2pm pickup. NO ONE else was in the pickup area parking. I called in.& was told I was about 10 minutes early but my order would be brought out WHEN THE CLOCK HITS 2 OCLOCK. During the 10 minute wait no one else arrived in the parking area. I’ve never been early before but I never expected this.

Fast and friendly. Many popular deli meats and cheeses are presliced fresh and ready to go....no wait. I love this place.
I shopped online for a pickup between 4 and 5 pm. I showed up around 4:10pm and was told that none of the 4pm orders were filled and that I could either wait (with no estimated time) or come back at 5pm. If I had gone home, I would’ve had to leave almost immediately to get back at 5pm. So I waited almost 45 minutes with my kids. I’m so frustrated that a text alert wasn’t sent about the delay. Furthermore, when I pulled back around at 4:55 to get my pickup, all the spots were filled so now I’m still waiting with a crying toddler.

I can't say enough about your Pinckney Kroger! The customer service is always great. Also, Last week I lost a check for over a $1000.00 inside or outside of your store. Today I received my lost check in the mail. Thank you Kroger for sending it to me and thank you to the person who turned it in. I am so grateful for the wonderful community I live in!
