If I could give zero stars I would. The level of incompetence here is astounding! I actually walked out after I paid because the service was ridiculous. After waiting forever for my drink, they screwed it up and then wanted to argue about it. Never going back! Just go to the one at Kroger.

We waited at the register for 5 minutes while one person did inventory, someone washed stuff and someone, I assume, was making drinks. That’s fine, however, no one said anything to us. Made eye contact with two employees and no one said anything to us. No hello, no we’ll be right with you, etc. For 5 minutes. We had no problem waiting for an order/drinks/etc. but to just be stared at with no acknowledgement is CRAZY. The four of us left and went to Kroger for Starbucks.

Baristas were incredibly rude. Entire trip took 15 mins for a brewed coffee with 1 other customer in line. Nothing positive about that experience.

This used to be my favorite Starbucks but the last two times I’ve went, there has been a new person who refuses to add cold foam to anything. My drink was half full last time minus the cold foam and this time she said she added cold foam and there’s nothing on it. Cold foam costs extra otherwise I wouldn’t be complaining.

Was very confusing had my venti refresher filled half way and felt like crying because I’m pregnant ? baby needs a refresher. Then was asked if I wanted to buy another and I said I just want the correct amount so they dumped my original ? so many emotions

This is the worst Starbucks location I have visited. The drinks are never constantly made, usually half empty, and the customer service and employee attitudes are awful. Today there were two employees, none of them were making drinks. One was updating signs and the other was chatting while four customers waitedTo place an order or for their pre order drinks.
