We waited at the register for 5 minutes while one person did inventory, someone washed stuff and someone, I assume, was making drinks. That’s fine, however, no one said anything to us. Made eye contact with two employees and no one said anything to us. No hello, no we’ll be right with you, etc. For 5 minutes. We had no problem waiting for an order/drinks/etc. but to just be stared at with no acknowledgement is CRAZY. The four of us left and went to Kroger for Starbucks.
This Starbucks is inside the Busch's Fresh Market in Pinckney. They do a really good job with drinks there and they do have a selection of pastries as well. I eat Keto and they're getting less and less options that are sugar free or low carb and that's why I gave it four stars. They used to have sugar-free Cinnamon Dolce and they don't even carry that anymore, just sugar-free vanilla. So, my choices are very limited. Otherwise, great service and a really nice...
