Honestly I've never had an issue with staff but I cannot give this place more than 1 star because it has smelled like sewage for far too long.

I took my wife and three kids To the store in Chilson Commons in Pinckney. We arrived at about 8:15 PM. There was one person working, a young man who is about 18 (Or so, he looked it) He had medium long blonde hair.
When we walked in my wife said “ Good day” He replied “ If you say so” And had this very angry look on his face. He proceeded to be rude and obnoxious, Slamming the doors on the toaster and refrigerators. He made my wife and children very uncomfortable, and the children seem to be scared. My kids are between three years old and 11 years old. Another customer, a man came in, and observed the behavior And proceeded to say, “what is his problem?”. I said I don’t know, but he’s been very very angry that we even walked in.
No, my wife and I are not prone to arguing or even being confrontational. So we sat there in silence.
He may have been having a bad day and I tend to give people a break, But the behavior scaring my kids, not acceptable.
Ended up ordering because all the other restaurants in the area were closed. But I can tell you, it was a very negative experience.
I don’t want the kid to lose his job, but someone should definitely speak to him. I think he seem to have emotional issues.

I came in and didn’t expect to love subway but “Alexis” truly made me love it! Her customer service was amazing, her attitude was even better, and your pure kindness is really what set me off!! I will come back whenever I’m in town, thank you!! (She needs a raise)

Walked in today and patiently waited for customer service. They were just finishing an order and there was nobody else in line. There were five women behind the counter. They all looked at me several times. None of them had the common courtesy to say anything along the lines of “ We will be with you in a moment”. They all just completely ignored me, maybe it’s the color of my skin. I know this is not a kind location in Michigan for people of color. Noted.

Rude service from the girl with the dark hair. She was super rude and disrespectful, alongside her co-worker who was a tall giy with glasses on. These employees need to Learn some manners or find another job if they don't enjoy dealing with customers. Customer service horrible.

I was very disappointed as I have been with most subways nowadays I'm surprised Jimmy John's hasn't put them out of business. It smelled like sewage in there the vegetables were not fresh The lettuce was yellow The spinach was starting to turn blackish The chicken tastes awful it tastes like a mouth full of salt The green peppers dried out the cucumbers cut so thin it's like not having any cucumbers. I will never go back in there.

Was in subway this afternoon to order 2 subs. The employee had a ear bid in one ear he asked me the same question twice on 2 different things cause he couldn't hear my answer. Was not friendly at
