Five Steakhouse has excellent food and usually excellent service. This time, our service was terrible. The waitress forgot about us. Had to ask to get our order placed, did not refill water, she did not give us correct information on the size of the appetizer and did not order the correct entree for 1 of the 4 of us.
My husband and I were celebrating our Anniversary. It was our first visit since Five became a steakhouse. The atmosphere was lovely, quiet and tastefully decorated. Adam was very attentive but patient and answered our questions professionally and confidently. Our dinner was relaxing and special.
Ariana at the hostess station was so wonderful and helpful. The manager on duty helped so much for a special occasion (I’m sorry I didn’t catch her name). Great place for a celebration, especially love the patio on a nice evening.
