This has been one of our favorite Friday night take out places for years but, lately the pizzas have not been the same. The cheese on the classic pizza has been hard and not of the same quality as before. Considering the price, we're very disappointed and won't be coming back for a while.

As a weekly bar patron. I really wish they can fix or replace the TV in the bar. The right side is grayed out and makes it challenging to watch the Red Wings.

Margherita pizza was decent but the funghi pizza was pretty meh. Overall a little overpriced in my opinion for what you’re getting. I’d expect better given the emphasis on wood-fired pizza as a specialty here.

Very disappointed with the service. We came in on a Friday night and they told us a 15-30 minute wait. We ended up waiting close to an hour. After waiting 40 minutes we sat at the bar to wait for our table but once our table was ready they told us we were not able to move since we had ordered at the bar. I love the food here but would not recommend this location to anyone solely based on the service.

How is it possible that it takes nearly two hours for a dinner of two adults and two kids on a Tuesday?!?!? I would never bring kids here on a weekday, maybe Saturday at 1:00...food was great....

Great place but you have to always double check the pizza. Sometimes it's excellent other times it's not good and has to be remade. Frustrating that they aren't consistent.

Pizza is pretty close to European pizza…their beets salad is to die for! One of the few places that serve a great affogato ❤️

I recently dined at Bigalora, and unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. From the moment we were seated, the service was lacking. Our waitress, Seven, never checked in on us after delivering our meals. She dropped off two boxes 30 minutes later without asking how we were enjoying the food, despite our numerous questions that went unanswered.

There was only one other table occupied at the time, yet it took her ages to attend to them as well. In an effort to get someone’s attention, I had to stand up and look around, only to find that no one was available to assist us. One server did briefly come over, but she walked away mid-service, leaving us feeling abandoned.

To add to our frustration, the food itself did not meet our expectations. FYI the ricotta in the stuffed shells tasted old and not good anymore. Overall, the combination of poor service and unsatisfactory food made for a very disappointing visit. I would not recommend Bigalora based on my experience.
