I am completely disgusted that the men's bathroom stall has had a broken lock the last 5 times my family and I have come in here. Tonight this frustration came to a head because I was there without my wife, with my young daughter, and son. We had just gotten done eating, both kids needed to use the bathroom. Obviously I cannot go into the women's bathroom, so I have to take both kids into the men's. The last few times I have noticed that one of the stalls has a broken lock, but as a man I look past it and do my business. Today I had my 3 year old daughter with me who needed to use the bathroom. My poor daughter was terrified to have to even go into the mens bathroom, but flat out in distress when I had to tell her I could not lock the stall door. I can only imagine how much money this location makes for Buddy's, and cannot wrap my head around how a simple bathroom repair could possibly be out of their budget. Yet they cannot even be bothered to ensure their guests can use the restroom in a stall that actually locks. What makes it worse is they are next door to a home depot. This lack of attention to detail, and disregard for the privacy needed in a public bathroom is disgusting. Fixing it would mean doing the bare minimum and they cannot even do that. If the bathroom stall has not been fixed in the past 3 months, I do not even want to image what else they have neglected to fix in the rest of the building.

I previously posted a good review but went here the other day to get pizza but it was cheesy bread with a dash of tomato/pizza sauce. Given the price, probably won't go back. I froze the extra slices in the pic.

Reading others reviews on service there seems to be a trend of a lack of great service I experienced myself today. Being a visitor from Florida on business and hearing about Buddys Detroit style pizza, I made arrangements to stop in for a menu to decide on a choice in the car.
One other person was waiting to be seated and the attendant acknowledged me. I asked for a menu to go and to my surprise the attendant directed me to walk from the front of the restaurant to the back where carryout is handled for a menu.
As a matter of course, good service starts when you walk in. The attendant could have offered to get the menu or even acknowledged it would make sense to keep some upfront for guests but just mumbled sorry because it probably occured to her that asking a customer to traverse for a menu through the restaurant is sad. If this is an indication of how someone would be treated ordering from this location I would recommend to skip this location all together.

A lovely gal named Amy took my to-go order and was a pure delight! She made outstanding recommendations and really knew the menu and product. When I picked up the order I knew which person was Amy just by how she was treating and helping others. This is the kind of person you want on the Frontline greeting guests! Oh and the pizza and salad were both outstanding!!
