This Burger King should be shut down. Drive through only. Food was cold service was horrible. Employees are rude. Worst Burger King I've ever been to.

To the customers who leave one star reviews this is for you. It always seem people leave 1 star reviews for faat food and pizza places. If you do, reevaluate your diet and yourself. Look in the mirror and be like, 'Why do I leave one star reviews for fast food? I'm 300 lbs and a loser. I need to seriously reevaulate myself and make big time changes.'
For this Burger King, it's definitely a nice place to get a quick meal and I know exactly what it is. I've gotten some great meals after a lousy day at work and want something quick. IDC about the service, just as long as it arrives and it's edible, that'a fine. If it's busy I go somewhere else and don't make it anyones problem.
The sun room is a nice treat and I hope thos location remains open.

It’s not that I mind the manager arguing with her employee while we are at the window… It’s also not a big deal that she ignores us for about 60 seconds while the argument continues. They messed up my order… Not a big deal… But you would think I asked her to do a backflip.
She handed me my food… doesn’t so much to look my way just sticks it out the window while she’s still looking at her employee…
The biggest thing… She did not give me my change, which wasn’t much but… (like 20 cents)….but She kept it nonetheless. I even checked the bag… Looked at my wife as if like… Is she kidding? Lol.
I tried to ask her about the change… She was continuing arguing with her staff/employee. I don’t know what her name was, but she had a ton of tattoos on her arm and could care Less about the customer… I almost felt like I was being punked on a TV show.
I’m only mentioning it in case this money thing happens to multiple people so it’s on record. Everyone has a bad day… But the money thing was weird.

Very Long wait in line. Only served one car at a time. Friendly staff when I got to the window. No napkins in bag. Chicken sandwich were lukewarm so they didn't really taste good . Stopped eating and took home to heat in air fryer. They tasted a lot better after that.
Absolutely terrible service, their employees are absolutely disgusting and treated me horribly. The manager seemed to treat their employee terrible in front of customers. Do not come here if you want nasty food with terrible customer service.

This place is a dump. The staff/management is running this place in to the ground. The staff shuts the lobby down whenever they feel like it. Sometimes you show up and they close hours early. Poorly ran place that will not last long. Horrendous service
