Service was pretty good except for every time I order an impossible burger it’s burnt black on the edges. So I went back through the line and had them remake it and ordered something else because my two-year-old wanted something. But then it was gonna take them a while so they told me to pull up on the other side of the building at the front door. Well, apparently if you pull up at the front door of a drive-thru restaurant people get mad at you so I had people yelling at me to move my car because they were handicapped which makes no sense because there’s a drive-thru so I’m not even sure why you’re going into the store if you’re handicapped. Anyways, I got back in line because I was sick of getting yelled at. When I got to the speaker to explain that I got back in line because people didn’t want me sitting by the front door, they listened and then said absolutely nothing. It’s just a weird customer service at this Burger King.

This place is so hit or miss, there’s a few employees that care and I normally get decent service when they work. Today however I had terrible service, waited 30minutes to get cold food that wasn’t even what I ordered. People that ordered were just leaving the drive thru line because of how slow they were. Lady at the window does not give a care AT ALL. I don’t even want to go back and get my order corrected because of how unpleasant everyone working looked. Bad time to be someone that relies on fast food, service is horrible at many fast food places now especially this BK. And don’t get me started on the price, I just got bent over by you guys!

Buns old and crumbling
Meat old and tasteless ,barely edible.
Even the meager condiments we’re nasty
Fries were cold

This is THE BEST BK in the area. Clean store, super friendly and hard-working staff, and food always tastes great. I will drive out of my way to come here, and I haven’t been disappointed yet. ❤️❤️
