Shut it down. This location needs corporate to step in. Read these reviews and you'll see it's not an isolated event. Every time I've come to this location there is an issue. Looks like I'm going to Qdoba from now on.

Every time we come here there is something. Been here three times.

First time the young lady was touching money with her gloves then making food without changing gloves. Second time there was a line because they kept messing up the order of the guy in front at the cash register and charging him for wrong things. Third time they ran out of steak so I had to eat chicken and there were no forks (that’s not that serious but since all other times were off I’m adding it) and now this. They don’t have rice, chicken, brisket steak and guacamole. Why aren’t you closed then? See pictures.

My advice to management: shut it down for a bit or get workers from other locations. Clean house and restart.

Edit 11/19: ordered a burrito and somehow got a naked burrito. Going down to one star.

This place is terrible. Looks like no one takes anytime out of their day to do anything. I did see a few people on their phones. At least they are keeping up with social media.

The staff does not care. The place is a hot mess and they consistently run out of stuff and don’t refill until it’s gone. This last time, I went there with my son, he grew up in Colorado and loves Chipotle, he has allergies and cannot have the brown rice. We got up to the counter and there was no white rice, he called it back to the cook at that moment. There is no proactive thinking happening in this store. We left and went elsewhere but it stinks because he was really looking forward to it. He even said after we left that he was okay with leaving because the place was so dirty. Horrible, do not go here!

Extremely disappointing experience with Chipotle's delivery. Ordered a burrito through Grubhub, but received a salad bowl instead without any notification. The tortilla wrap was unavailable so they substituted the wrap with a bowl without informing me?
Luckily, it was grub hub order and they were kind enough to assist with a refund.
Previous dine-in experiences have been underwhelming. The staff seem unbothered. Unfortunately, delivery didn't work for us either. It’s sad cause of how much I love Chipotle

This place needs better management ordered from here tonight online we ordered 1 bowl with steak and chicken there was no steak only double chicken for some reason the white rice and black stuff in it we also ordered 1 bag of bigs and 1 guac and 1 queso we received 4 bags of chips with no quac or queso.. waited 20 minutes in the drive thru for these idiots to mess up the most simple order

I had a terrible experience at this Chipotle location. For nearly $70, I expected much better. The trash cans, both inside and outside, were overflowing, and the store was generally dirty and poorly maintained. The workers seemed to have zero energy, they ran out of essentials like CHIPS, rice and chicken, the napkin containers were empty, and the soda machine was leaking. On top of all that, they did a horrible job with portions—although, considering the food made me sick, maybe that was a blessing in disguise. I will never return to this location. Absolutely awful.

I work within walking distance and today was officially my last day coming here. None of the employees seem to care and it shows. Do you really want somebody who doesn’t give a crap making your food? Today, their strategy was to keep the door locked to prevent people coming through the front door. You must be wise enough to sneak in the exit… you will also not get what you order. You will get what they give you.

Store was such a mess. Garbage overflowing, tables dirty, floor out front had food all around. No forks or lids, soda area was a mess. Windows had hand prints all over them. The girl doing take out orders had gloves on and was touching a phone and putting her hands in the food. It was disgusting, we won’t be coming back to this store ever. They really need to get a good manager to run this store. They were also out of chips and salsa.

I don’t really understand the bad reviews here I love this Chipotle… The staff is always exceptional, super nice and generous with the portions. Unfortunately, my rice has been undercooked a few times and that makes me sad but if they got that under control this place would be perfect.
