I don’t really understand the bad reviews here I love this Chipotle… The staff is always exceptional, super nice and generous with the portions. Unfortunately, my rice has been undercooked a few times and that makes me sad but if they got that under control this place would be perfect.
This location is the closest to my home, but no matter what, it seems when I order pick-up something is messed up. I have been going inside more often, which seems to be better, but they nevvvvvvver have fajita veggies available and it drives me nuts. I counted the last SIX times, no veggies. Just ordered a bowl to go, get home, no veggies. If I ordered online in advance...why wouldn't they just make some veggies and throw them on? I don't get what the issue is with...
Today’s service in particular was great. Sam was very helpful and was attentive in our ordering process. We have been here a few times and have not experienced anything like we had from Sam. Thought it was worth saying something positive! Many other things at this location could use immense improvement - but Sam did a great job.
