Ordered wheat bagel, got white. Ordered coffee w cream and got black coffee. someone needs to supervise quality control. I'd give it a 2 star.

I went this morning to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich and noticed that you had a young girl standing outside with Samples for people in the drive-through. I asked the employees how old she was and was shocked to be informed that she’s 17 years old. You’re attached to a gas station, if you want to hand out samples, hand out samples in your gas station. Do not make a child stand in a drive-through to hand out samples for people. As a general manager for 15 years in food service, I would never make a child stand outside like that. Do better. You’re lucky I’m not her mother. And you’ll be lucky if her mother doesn’t come up there and tell you how she feels about it.

Went in for a coffee and breakfast sandwich, Got the coffee never got my food. Went back up to the counter and was ignored, tried to get someone's attention. Still was ignored. I guess I'm out of the money I paid for my breakfast.

I used to love coming here. But now they got this stupid kiosk… it takes so long for the person in front of me to order. Then when it’s my turn order and ask me all these questions I just want a medium coffee two cream two sugar but here I am spending seven minutes, trying to navigate the screen.
Then when it came to putting a name to the order, I just put down TT
It said it was invalid name.
I throw my hands up.
Employees like to argue with customers. I know what I said when I ordered, I read it right off my phone. Don't do that. The customer isn't always right but I know what I said. Not in the mood after a 5hr drive to be argued with by employees when I'm hungry and need caffeine. Change your attitude! Her name is

Bad attitude
I told the girl at the drive through that somebody was smoking at one of the gas pumps. She said “weed”? I said no a cigarette. She said “oh well if it’s not weed that’s ok”. I told her any flame will ignite the gas. She was unbothered. Refused to address the issue further. When I got my iced coffee it was all ice. I’m here every day. Usually I’m very happy with service and products. It was a big disappointment. Not to mention the lack of safety. Just horrible.
