I tried this location for the first time and although the service was great the food was not. I ordered avacado toast with bacon. The toast was not toasted, it was raw bread and they forgot the bacon. They were very busy which is likely why this happened, but it was disappointing nonetheless. I was given a sample of their new coffee, which I thought was cool, but it was cold. So, not the best representation.

I ordered a Pumpkin Spice Signature Latte, but I was given just an iced latte instead. When I went back to explain the mistake, the first employee left and another employee came, speaking to me in a very disrespectful way. She didn’t even explain what had happened and asked, “So what do you want?” I repeated that I wanted the Pumpkin Spice Latte, but they still didn’t give me the correct drink.
In the end, they gave me the same iced latte, only removed the straw, added a new lid, and put some whipped cream on top. This was extremely disappointing, especially because I had never experienced anything like this before. Previously, the staff had always been very nice and polite, much more so than now.

They decided to put my donuts upside down in the bag. One of the donuts ended up with no frosting whatsoever while the other had about half of it. I'm better off licking the bag at this point. I feel like it's common sense that you can't do that, should be even more common considering you work there.

Got an Apple fritter and a coffee. The apple fritter was beyond my expectation and the coffee was very good. The counter person reminded me of a deer caught in the headlights of a car.
Totally lost, but kind of sweet. Atmosphere was typical corporate cold, but pricing was commensurate with other chains.

Best Dunkin and best customer service. Go here if you want freshly brewed decaf coffee and much better than decaf from any Starbucks.
Did not have any donuts we're out of everything and every time I go there they're out of everything and it's not cuz people are buying them they just don't make very much I've watched dunkin' donuts go downhill would not recommend

I went this morning to get coffee and a breakfast sandwich and noticed that you had a young girl standing outside with Samples for people in the drive-through. I asked the employees how old she was and was shocked to be informed that she’s 17 years old. You’re attached to a gas station, if you want to hand out samples, hand out samples in your gas station. Do not make a child stand in a drive-through to hand out samples for people. As a general manager for 15 years in food service, I would never make a child stand outside like that. Do better. You’re lucky I’m not her mother. And you’ll be lucky if her mother doesn’t come up there and tell you how she feels about it.
