Very busy and congested area! If you have any type of public social anxiety issues, do not enter this restaurant. It's overloaded with people in the morning as normal for a coffee shop, but this was a little bit much. Their customer service skills lack and they suck! There donuts and coffee was disgusting! and I will never eat there again. I expected more from the Dunkin' donuts... Just threw another $20 in the trash! SMH ?

This is the most nastiest place by far. I came in about 2 hours ago and ordered a strawberry refresher I asked the lady do you know when the lemonade refresher comes out she said with an attitude I don’t know I ordered my drink and said it’s 1am she might be tired it’s ok I let the attitude slide bec we all have bad days. She gives me my drink and I kid you not there was vacuum dust or some type of debris inside my drink I got so disgusted I dumped it out I didn’t drink it. I tried calling to let them know and they wouldn’t pick up. I wish I can give them 0 stars bec it wasn’t her attitude that made me write this review even tho she really was giving bad attitude it was the disgusting debris inside my drink. I’m a usual customer and I will definitely not be back. Bad service and bad quality. Save your money and find a different location.

I am in here almost every day. My breakfast sandwich I got this morning was cold. The old woman that works there in the morning has a terrible attitude. My coffee literally was nothing but grounds halfway through it and I ordered an extra large. I ended up pouring out half of my freaking coffee, because I almost puked when I got a mouth full of grounds. Not happy!! I’m a regular customer they just lost me. The manager was supposed to call me back. He never dead so they just lost my business.

Ordered a bottle of chocolate milk and a coffee with cream and sugar. Received a hand mixed glass of milk and a cappuccino! The service was terrible, lied that she didnt give me cappuccino, then the girl coughed at the rack of donuts after serving us! Never offered to remake the correct drinks! Dishonest and disgusting! Don't go here?
this dunkin has the absolute worst service the rude and temperamental lady in the drive thru was extremely inappropriate with snarky responses when we asked for two separate orders and when we asked if she was ready she proceeds to say " well i've been waiting here in silence for you to order so yeah i'm ready " then waits 8 minutes to cash us out for 2 coffees and avocado toast. Never again will we come here because of her inappropriate attitude.
