Food was not good but the main reason I will not be coming back to this location is because of the extreme rudeness of the staff.
I come here all the time before work. The food has always been as great as the service.

With at least two other locations within 5 miles, if customer service means anything to you, don't go here. I have been here perhaps a dozen times, and have had more negative experiences than positive. You can even get the same bagels for less at Kroger down the street. I love supporting local businesses, but not at the cost of being disrespected or not having my business appreciated.

The food was good, but their Chai latte is kind of a joke. It's mostly milk with a hint of Chai.

Why have a drive thru if you’re literally never going to use it??? Lazy.

Worst Einstein Bagels I’ve ever been to. The bagels are never cooked all the way, the service is terrible, and the drive-thru almost never works.

They were rude and not happy to be there it is always that way. Might want to invest in Customer training since Einstein owns most of the bagel places around here. I guess I’ll just have to go to Kroger‘s.

It's been going downhill the last few years. Today was the last time I will patronize this location. The quality of the food is substandard here now; incorrectly made multiple times lately, cold when it should be hot... We've had the food bag thrown at us in the drive thru once, then they closed the window so we could not even pay for it...waited 5 minutes. So strange. It's a shame because the drive thru made it convenient. Oh well, the location in Canton is better and where we will go from now on.
The one in Canton. Horrible. Bagels old and never going there again
Burnt my bagel spitefully I believe, they seemed confused about what I was trying to order which led to a little bit of irritation that I believed to be the the reason they I burned the crap out of my bagel
If I could I would with a negative because my experience here, I ordered the sunrise and I got it where is wasn’t appetite at all. The bagel was soggy wasn’t appetite at all. I ended up throwing my meal away and walking out.
I came to The location on Ann Arbor Rd. in Plymouth because I had assumed that this was a good bagel place around the area but It was not what I expected. Don’t get me wrong. I understand having to work in the morning, but everyone seem like such a snot and I felt the farthest thing from welcoming. I wasn’t looking to get greeted, but I also didn’t anticipate on every single person staring at me the whole time before I ordered to the point to when I ordered. I had to repeat my order five times and the order was still wrong. For as expensive as four bagels came out to be, which was $25. I would at least expected there to be the cream cheese that I ordered on my bagels. I was biting into my bagel and I felt like I was eating pure bread and chunks of butter, which I did ask for, but they didn’t bother spreading it and they put barely any cream cheese on the bagels mind you the bagels are five dollars apiece. The least you can do is put on what people order. I also ordered a coffee, but I never got a coffee cup but when I did ask for one, the immediate response was well did you pay for coffee? Would I be asking you for a coffee cup if I didn’t pay for coffee. When my order was ready, nobody told me everyone knew that it was ready, but no one bothered to let me know which was on super annoying because I didn’t feel comfortable. Just grabbing anyone’s food. The whole experience was just super weird and I truly felt like I just wasted $25 when I had been looking forward to coming here. Never coming back to this location never had a problem at any other one.
