Went to the drive thru to order the new Maplehouse Bagel. Took my order. Waited in the line behind one car for 10 minutes. Got to the drive thru and told me they were out of the Maplehouse Bagel. It’s not that big of a place, you should know you’re out of something by turning around and looking before taking orders.

Upon our first time at this location this weekend, which was around 10-11am, it wasn’t many bagels out. When my husband asked were any more bagels coming out the team member stated “What you see is what you get”. If it wasn’t for my son being hungry & us being in a rush to get to the dealership we wouldn’t have gotten ANYTHING from this store. Me & my husband decided not to get anything & my son just got a “what you see is what you get” bagel with a ton of cream cheese after we requested light cream cheese & a simply orange juice. It’s a better way to say things. Don’t way customer service jobs if you don’t want to provide good service to customers. Will never return to this location.

I went in to grab a bagel like I do every morning, and I asked if they could put my bagel in the toaster instead of oven (which they usually do). I then had an employee verbally jump down my throat, mind you it wasn’t even the employee that I was speaking to. She then proceeded to yell at me telling me that she had told me numerous times before that they won’t do that (I have never been told this before fyi)
I asked for a manager, they told me that there was no manager present and I would have to wait until the next visit.
I visited again in hopes of speaking with the manager, to which I was told “I don’t have time for you, I have baking to do” as she is playing cashier.
This makes no sense, I will no longer be returning to this location as they are rude and uncaring.

This location never answers the phone no matter what time of hour (during business hours) super frustrating
The app and online ordering never is on which is super inconvenient. Food is hit or miss.

Always stingy with the cream cheese, always rude, it’s just always something when I come here. This time they gave me the wrong bagel and barely any cream cheese and last time they charged me the wrong price and got mad at ME about it. They’re just rude here and unorganized, will alway suggest to go to a different location.

The person who answered the phone today, 27JUL2024 at 10:30AM is rude, lacks customer service and needs training. I always order lox and bagel and the one I got this morning was prepared haphazardly with excessive cream cheese, a single piece of smoked salmon, hardly any capers and the lox and tomato was on one side of the bagel, which made it appear sloppy and distasteful. I was disappointed in the presentation and decided to complain about my dissatisfaction when whomever this person is who answered the phone told me I was screaming when I was not. I was upset, was I screaming absolutely not. She is unfit to deal with customers as her job is to pacify the customer and make them feel justified with their complaints and not gaslight them into thinking that their feelings/experiences are not valid. She needs customer service training and the focus should be on diffusing situations not amplifying it. She offered to “make” me another bagel and I said no I need my money back. Had she been a professional, this could have easily been resolved.

Raw! Are you kidding me?! You gave me literally raw bagels. How do the employees even do that? How has this company and it's employees become so incredibly incompetent? Disgusting. Never again. You have permanently lost my business.

Worst experience I’ve had in a long time. My food arrive cold and undercooked. I called the location 7 times before anyone picked up the phone. Spoke with the manager who told me the current bagels look white, but are not raw. It definitely was NOT toasted. My bagel sandwich was supposed to come toasted with a twice baked hash brown. My hash brown felt and tasted like it came from the refrigerator. After ignoring my concerns and brushing them off, the manager kept refusing to give me her name and then hung up on me. I will never visit this location or any Einstein Bros again. I could have just went to Tim Houston’s where they aim to make things right and not argue with customers. Waste of $20 for a bagel I couldn’t even eat.
