I know I just ran in for a quick bagel, but that didn't happen. Service was slow. Of the 4 coffee urns, I only liked 2 of the flavors. Of those two, one was empty and the other ice cold. Amazing.Had to ask for coffee. Might as well have gone and made it myself, as long as it took. Other customers were typical and had no manners. Now my fav location too. I have choices and the ladies there were the friendliest yet at Einstein Bros. My order was 2.5 dozen bagels, the order was taken and filled with care. Well Done!

The bagels themselves are good, but preparation is something to be desired - the last time I ordered food from here, I paid $4 for a bagel that was barely toasted, so the butter didn't melt. I had to warm it up in the oven, completely defeating the purpose of having someone else prepare my food. Since the drive-thru wait times are always excessive (average 20 minutes; I'm not sure about the dining room), I highly suggest checking your order before pulling away. I won't...
