Firehouse Subs Plymouth Town Center

Food is great. However, management needs to get rid of the rule that the lobby closes for customers to eat at 8:00 p.m. so the workers have enough time to clean before closing time at 9:00 p.m. It's apparent that greed is more important than paying your workers.

The guy who took my order needs help with customer service and the basics of being polite to the customer. If you hate your job quit!

Been going for years never a problem until recently the kids the work there are very unfriendly and rude and definitely dont care about cross contamination and someone was served with moldy bread? i hope you lose your license for letting this place stay open cause that’s disgusting

WAS SERVED MOLDY BREAD. I ordered a sub and ate half of it at the restaurant. I wrapped it up and was going to eat the other half at work. The sub got “flipped” when I opened it at work and I was able to see the bottom of the bread was covered in mold. Who in the world would think it would be acceptable to hide the mold on the bottom of the bread? I will not eat here again and urge others not to either.

Very disappointed. Firehouse Subs has the best gluten free sub buns. 3 of the 6 of us needed gluten free buns. We got there and they had no gf buns that day. Said they had to send them back. That's quite strange. We sadly left and went to Jersey Mike's. (Although Jersey Mike's gf sub buns turned out to be really good ) We will try again Firehouse Subs next time we are in the area --- we do really like Firehouse Subs!

Love that I can get GF bread here. Salads are great. ThebCuban is an absolutely fantastic sandwich.

Could clean the bathroom more often

Went here on 1/30 at 8pm and ordered 5 subs. Told the guy helping me that I had rewards and wanted to use my points to get one of my small subs for free. He told me to open my app and click redeem. I did the process while he watches me. Then I had to type my phone number into the credit card machine and it was suppose to take the sub off which did not happen. He said he didn't know why it was not working. I went to the fire house app and it had taken my points out and showed in my history that I had redeemed the free small sub. At this point he said he didn't know what to do. I asked if he could just override it and give me the free small sub since now I no longer had my points. He said no. I asked if there was a manager I could talk to. He said he was the manager. So he was absolutely no help. I ended losing 2 free small subs because I redeemed it twice on my app and the machine didn't take them off and used up all my points. I ended up paying for everything got home to find out two of the subs were made wrong!
