When i went in the workers where very nice and the restaurant was very clean. Food arrived within minutes of ordering. I got the steak and cheese. It was juicy, savory and delicious. A great bang for your buck. 10/10 will be dining again.

I dont like leaving a bad review for one employee but I previously had left a 5 star for this place. So this is the 2nd time I've had bad encounter with fire house both from the same person I ordered for the women taking order with pink hair was very unfriendly the first time I just figured bad day but this time she refused to give extra mayo in the bag. Normally the staff has no problem with this. But the pink hair women. Said she is only give 2 mayo packets. I asked if I pay for them can I can a few more she said no and just had a attitude the whole time. After I received my order and got home realized there wasn't any mayo in the bag at all. Had to go to Kroger and buy some. Im just wondering why she is so rude and if im willing to pay for something why cant I get what Im trying to order. Idk if she has a rough life, and her refusing mayo to people gives her a sense of control in her life. Also this is the second time she did this to me and my wife Separated occasions. Will not be going back as long as she works there. Every single other employee at this location are always friendly and amazing. Its said when there is one rotten egg in yhe dozen.

Food is great. However, management needs to get rid of the rule that the lobby closes for customers to eat at 8:00 p.m. so the workers have enough time to clean before closing time at 9:00 p.m. It's apparent that greed is more important than paying your workers.

The guy who took my order needs help with customer service and the basics of being polite to the customer. If you hate your job quit!

Been going for years never a problem until recently the kids the work there are very unfriendly and rude and definitely dont care about cross contamination and someone was served with moldy bread? i hope you lose your license for letting this place stay open cause that’s disgusting

WAS SERVED MOLDY BREAD. I ordered a sub and ate half of it at the restaurant. I wrapped it up and was going to eat the other half at work. The sub got “flipped” when I opened it at work and I was able to see the bottom of the bread was covered in mold. Who in the world would think it would be acceptable to hide the mold on the bottom of the bread? I will not eat here again and urge others not to either.

Very disappointed. Firehouse Subs has the best gluten free sub buns. 3 of the 6 of us needed gluten free buns. We got there and they had no gf buns that day. Said they had to send them back. That's quite strange. We sadly left and went to Jersey Mike's. (Although Jersey Mike's gf sub buns turned out to be really good ) We will try again Firehouse Subs next time we are in the area --- we do really like Firehouse Subs!
