Food is great. However, management needs to get rid of the rule that the lobby closes for customers to eat at 8:00 p.m. so the workers have enough time to clean before closing time at 9:00 p.m. It's apparent that greed is more important than paying your workers.

Very disappointed. Firehouse Subs has the best gluten free sub buns. 3 of the 6 of us needed gluten free buns. We got there and they had no gf buns that day. Said they had to send them back. That's quite strange. We sadly left and went to Jersey Mike's. (Although Jersey Mike's gf sub buns turned out to be really good ) We will try again Firehouse Subs next time we are in the area --- we do really like Firehouse Subs!

Staff were very friendly. Food quality was subpar. I did notice that they surface clean. But they are in need of a deep clean. Nooks and crannies, corners on the floors, sticky floors, look up and dust.
