Online photos show a big pool and a hot tub. There is no hot tub and the pool is tiny and freezing cold (visited in August). Bartender couldn't make any cocktails, just knew the easy stuff (said they were "out of Manhattans"). Overall musty smell--weird. Not at all worth the price and won't be staying here again.
Great location, huge flat screen with lots of channels, helpful staff. Nice to have refrigerator and microwave in the room. Issues with noise as close to elevator, not great bed, A/C/heat controls not responsive. Furniture/decor tired looking. Could use a refresh.
The # 1 reason is the people are all so hospitable and caring to ensure your stay is good. they also besides having a fridge in the room they also have Microwave. Close to Downtown Plymouth and Freeway - Great location. Stay here.
