Horrible!!! Ordered pizza and it took over an hour for delivery. We live 2 miles away. I called. They claimed it was delivered. I looked outside again and saw they delivered it to the neighbors house. It had been sitting there in zero degree weather for over 20 minutes and was ice cold. I called for a refund. They refused and were completely unhelpful. I had to give back the cold pizza which cost $36 with tip and wait another hour for new pizza. The driver also lied and said he delivered it to the correct unit. Horrible customer service. Every time we order from here there is some kind of issue.

Jets pizza is unique. I live in NJ, and am told it’s “Detroit Style.” This means a deep dish pizza, but with caramelized cheese on the top edge of the crust. Imagine fried crispy cheese bits all along the crust. Amazing. Because the edge of the crust is so tasty, get the four corner pizza. We get Jets every time we visit Michigan.

Got the new Greek pizza last night with double cheese. It was one of the worst pizzas I have ever had. I literally could not taste the cheese 9After paying for double). I called them today to express my dissatisfaction and he said there was nothing he could do. Said I should have called last night...but I just got it last night they did not care!
