I ordered a pizza a salad and a pop and I went there to pick it up they only gave me the pizza I didn't realize till I got home so I had to go all the way back there for the inconvenience and they wouldn't give me anything for the inconvenience all they said is they could give us a couple napkins that's what the manager Andrew said

The manager at jets that I had spoke with was very weird. I had told them that my bread sticks order after picking it up with an order of an antipasto salad and bringing it home I discovered And mentioned the bread being not the same quality. It was very thin. And my antipasta salad was all lettuce very little toppings from every, previously ordered items from years of ordering from jets. After explaining this the manager had not asked for it back or apologized for it.

When I called to provide feedback about the Greek Pizza being too salty, especially considering my parents have high blood pressure, the manager responded rudely with, 'It is what it is, I can’t change the toppings.' When I expressed my dissatisfaction with his answer, he became defensive.While I've given compliments on the other pizzas I've received from you, you didn’t have to get heated and simply accept the dam feedback. Congratulations, you've just lost a regular customer from next door.

Hate to leave a bad review, but this is the closest Jets to my house, and my family will go out of our way to avoid the unpleasantness and slowness of this location. They have a very narrow lobby, and keep customers waiting a long time, around 15-20 minutes after the order is supposed to be done. They don't even attend the counter regularly, so a half-dozen people might be in there for 10-15 minutes before even being able to say they're here for a pickup. That's the situation I encountered last night after my wife mistakenly ordered from this one. But we'd experienced that several times before. The Jets at Beck and 5 is great. Or Ann Arbor Road and Sheldon. This one -- not so much.

4 delivery orders and not one calzone has had a side of dipping sauce. The food is good, but the calzone is supposed to come with dipping sauce and can be a bit dry without it. Do they not know it's supposed to come with or ate they just sloppy putting the order together? ? 4 times now!

Very rude staff. The lady that answered the phone had a terrible attitude and would frequently put me on hold in the middle of our conversation. No have a nice day, goodbye, or anything at the end of the call. Just here’s your total then click. One time I went in strictly for a bottle of ranch and had to wait 20 min when I was the only one in the store. Just terrible service all around.
Jets is my go to place for a variety of pizza styles with endless options / ingredients! I bounce between the square deep dish and traditional round hand tossed. Never had a bad experience in my years of enjoying Jets Pizza!

One star is super generous. We have had 2 bad experiences with this location which is sadly the closest one to our house. Please note we have only gone to this jets 2 times! First time our pizza was greasy, and I'm not talking a little glistenie...it was swimming! But alas we trudged on and ate (small children that wouldn't have held out for something else). Needless to say the blasting gas and diarrhea ensued! That should have been lesson learned ESPECIALLY with the rude way the manager and then general manager handled the situation effectively calling me a liar. Also note that I am certified for safe food handling for a real restaurant that has actual standards to adhere to. After multiple calls and the general manager insisting that he talk to my husband about the issue, obviously my lack of testicles was an a front to this man, he did refund our money however only after proving that we didn't eat the pizza. Our kids who usually demolish pizza left all but 6 bites in total and said it tasted funny. Skip forward almost 6 months, in a desperate bid to not drive 20 minutes out of our way we decided to take the plunge...again and try the jets by the house. BIG MISTAKE. Now that I can peal myself away from the toilet and dial a phone I called about the most recent incident. That did not go well at all. They were Unwilling to do anything about the illness they caused or listen to reason. They also did not refund any money or apologize in any way. The moral to this story is buyer beware this jets SUCKS and their staff also sucks.

Ordered a $300 pizza/salad order for work from this location. I called in the order to be able to utilize a coupon. I told them to add 10% tip. When it was delivered, the guy told me he added 20% to the bill for a tip. I had him change it to 10% which was awkward but their employee who took the order over the phone should have gotten it right. On the positive side: The order came on time, the delivery person was really friendly, but when unpacking the pizzas I saw that they didn't label the 11 pizzas at all. When serving 25 people it's nice when they see on the outside of the box what's on the inside. (Therefore not breathing over each pizza by opening up every one). I did my best to guess but I think it's the pizza place's responsibility to label them. (Cottage Inn is our true favorite. GREAT tasting pizzas, lots of deals, great customer service and each pizza is clearly labeled). I won't use this 5 Mile & Haggerty store again.
