This jets use to be the definition of good pizza. Well that changed today. The entire staff is new, and based off how bad the pizza was, I’m assuming they are incompetent. The old staff had the all time greats. The stocky man with the backward hat, the guy who always wore shorts, the guy wit the glasses and others that worked there are all the MVPs of pizza making. The new staff clearly doesn’t have what it takes to even make pizza at speedway. I will never be eating jets again, unless this place gets good again. For real, the pizza was like a pile of slop.

Jets has always been a quality pizza place but I stopped going years ago due to prices and the shrinkflation. The Jet Boat is back to full size and my favorite thing on the menu though, so I'm a customer again! This location is fast and the employees are always nice and friendly.

NY style just arrived. Cold and wet...I mean wet (picture 1) to the point where it was rolled up and ripping ; the lump congealed mess of ingredients simply fell off as I picked up a piece (picture 3). NY style is supposed to be a slice you can fold. This was a crust either not cooked completely or ran under the sink.
Very slow getting online order out. Came out 20min late.
